Would be interesting if Sheamus goes after Cena, leaving Bryan to feud with Ziggler and Bad News. Though I am expecting Cena and Rusev to have a match at Extreme Rules.

I also really hope that at some point in the next three years they book a solid program with Orton and Lesnar.

It depends on the stories they can tell, but theoretically they could cycle through which title gets to headline.

Hideo Itami was the one guy I had ruled out from winning that tournament. In hindsight, it made perfect sense he won. He seems to be finding his "WWE self" in NXT, and I think that when he is ready, he will be ready big time.

There are far worse things the company could do at this point than have Hideo Itami built as a guy training for a huge match against Big Show down the line. Use the Floyd Mayweather storyline they did to get some ideas. Have Big Show mock Itami by getting on his knees and have Itami KO him with one kick or something.

I think it would work if they did two main events for each Takeover, cycling through as you suggested. So, in each three-month period, each of the three titles is defended twice.
