They've made Leva Bates kind of adorable in NXT.

Its a shame really that The Midnight Express and The Rock 'N' Roll Express aren't yet in the Hall of Fame.

I don't begrudge the Bushwhackers going in. They bled and sweat and gave the sport everything they had as the vicious Sheepherders for years.

It's almost a shame most only know them as the circus clowns known as The Bushwhackers.

when they got to the WWF they were winding their careers down. they'd won every tag team belt they could and did everything else.

I don't begrudge them their time in the WWF and getting a good paycheck.

They didn't have to do the bloodbaths anymore and could just have fun.

great look at The Sheepherders in Puerto Rico.

great vicious blood thirsty heels they were.

And to be fair, they were just as over in the WWF licking people's faces as they were anywhere else breaking people's arms with diving flagpole shots. When you're good, you can make just about anything work. Finlay's comeback run proves that.

#1-norm-fan 03-08-2015 07:14 PM

Fucking loved the Bushwhackers as a kid. The run wasn't shameful because they were "circus clowns". They went to the big leagues and filled the niche that WWE needed them to fill perfectly.

Brock Lesnar jobbing to a Fisherman Suplex.

Looking back now, as awesome as Curt Henning was, the Perfect Plex was a shitty finisher.

Holy shit he only took like a half a step.

Clothesline from Hall.

Vastardikai 03-09-2015 12:38 PM

It looks better than Harper's, and almost everything he does is crisp as a head of lettuce.

Harper probably could do it like that. He just does it safer.

How do you know he does it safer? That guy bumped really well, maybe Hall's is like being pushed down by a pillow?

Only one way to know for sure, get in the ring with them both please, and come back to us with your results :y:

he's still got some way to go, really awkward at times, this morning in the 6 man for example was a bit all over the place. Would like to see him become "himself" and not wear dad's gear, do dad's moves etc. Plenty of time tho and the foundation is there, he'll surely wind up in NXT.

Volare 03-09-2015 04:55 PM

For once I'm actually excited for a shoot video, that being Mysterio's.

James Steele 03-09-2015 05:12 PM

I can't wait to hear him complain about Vince paying him despite getting injured within 3 matches of every return and having a whopping 10 matches or so in the past 5 years or how horrible it was when WWE gave him the world title when his best friend died.

Volare 03-09-2015 05:51 PM

Exactly, I want to see how one sided it sounds.

There is absolutely movement in regard to Jeff Jarrett's planned Global Force Wrestling holding TV Tapings in Las Vegas. One source told PWInsider.com that there are tapings tentatively planned for the first week in May while another has claimed July dates would be announced sometime in the next month. I reached out to Jeff Jarrett this morning and he declined to comment on what PWInsider.com has heard, noting he would be happy to discuss "once contracts in Vegas are signed."

As seen on last night's Total Divas finale, The Bella Twins told WWE officials that they were not planning on renewing their contracts. This particular scene was filmed around last year's Survivor Series pay-per-view when Nikki Bella won the WWE Divas Title from AJ Lee. The Bellas tweeted the following after last night's ending: "You never know what the future holds, especially when you make life changing decisions. Nothing is forever. One day at a time. #TotalDivas"

WWE has confirmed that Total Divas will return to E! with new episodes on July 7th. We noted in late February that filming for the new season would begin soon and it may be underway now. All of the Divas from the season that just ended will be returning. WWE tweeted the following tonight: "WOW! After a shocking ending to the season finale, @eonline's @TotalDivas will return JULY 7! #TotalDivas #MarkYourCalendars"

It was recently reported that WWE likely wouldn't induct "The Living Legend" Larry Zbyszko into the Hall of Fame this year but that his induction would come some time in the next few years. There's expected to be a WWE Hall of Fame announcement on tonight's RAW from Pittsburgh, where Zbyszko was billed from, and while that announcement is believed to be for Kevin Nash, there is still at least some speculation that they will announce Zbyszko for this year's class

Some other sheet news include Mattel will be adding NXT wrestlers to their WWE action figure lines starting with Sami, Breeze, and Neville. The owner of NJPW wants to expand their World service by purchasing libraries from several promotions (FMW, UWF, and WAR). According to r/SquaredCircle, this year's Mania will only be the 5th ppv in the last 11 years to not have the WWE title match feature Cena, Orton, Triple H, or Punk.
