A couple of sheet stuff:

According to The Wrestling Observer, there is speculation that WWE World Champion Brock Lesnar might owe WWE one more date due to his “walk out” during the February 23rd edition of WWE Raw. As noted, Brock Lesnar and Vince McMahon had a business disagreement that night, and it lead to Brock walking out of Raw even though he was advertised to appear.

We were all so busy in the moment, we were all so competitive, we were all so driven to succeed—that's part of what made it all work. It's funny how some of the things that were so successful started. The People's Elbow was something that Rock started doing because we were trying to make Taker laugh at live events. We were all trying to come up with the goofiest stuff we could to make him break character.

For those that like to shop at Pro Wrestling Tees, all the parody Bullet Club shirts were recently removed from shirts avaliable. Main reason being related to New Japan being an official sponsor of PWT and doesn't want stuff that would lessen/ruin the Bullet Club brand.

Yeah, wasn't that when he was hot off a feud with Randy Orton where he "won" by pushing him down a flight of stairs?

Mr. Nerfect 03-06-2015 08:48 PM

Not sure where they go with Barrett after WrestleMania. I can't see him walking out of Mania with the IC Title. I think he needs something "personal." He should step away from title scenes for a while. Maybe Sheamus could mock him or something? Seems to fit the Sheamus character, and he seems like the best bet to win the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal right now. Barrett and Sheamus love working with each other too. Just throw them into a program where they beat the shit out of each other for a while.

Maybe Barrett can take some time off and become a manager? Not permanently, but just long enough that people miss him in the ring and actually want to see him kick some ass again.

I think that actually came later. The Corre had lost at WrestleMania to Big Show, Kane, Kofi Kingston & Santino Marella (I think) in short order, because of time constraints, and then the group had broken up. Barrett played his part and dropped the IC Title to Ezekiel Jackson, and then it looked like he might win Money in the Bank to get him to that "next level."

Orton was feuding with Christian over the World Title. The guys in the SmackDown Money in the Bank Ladder Match were Barrett, Daniel Bryan (who won -- seemingly out of nowhere), Heath Slater, Justin Gabriel, Sheamus, Sin Cara, Kane and Cody Rhodes. I think the front-runners to win were Barrett or Cody.

Mr. Nerfect 03-06-2015 08:52 PM

I'm sure Barrett may have been a solid pick to win some other Money in the Bank matches too.

Is it just me, or has The Miz vs. Damien Mizdow feud been booked completely inversely to how it should? Both men are doing good work, but Miz basically worked all the tag team matches on his own. If the plan is make Damien a big star coming out of this, then shouldn't Miz have forced him to work most of the matches, with Damien finding ways to keep the titles and basically looking like an amazing talent, instead of merely just an entertaining one?

Shouldn't Damien want to be acting more and more like himself, whilst The Miz wants Damien to embrace his Mizerisms? The moment where Damien breaks free and starts being his own guy should be a joyous moment. I can't help but feel as if the WWE have set this up so that the only way Damien is actually going to be over is by being like The Miz when they split.

I've called him "Damien" in here, because it seems like it's been months since the WWE have actually used the "Sandow" name for him. Even crowds are chanting "Mizdow" like "Sandow" isn't going to be the desired outcome. It might be more productive to just have him drop the "Mizdow" at this point, and just be "Damien."

Also, does it annoy anyone else that a stunt-double uses the actor he's working with's name as a pun inside his own name?

I feel like all of that would go against why he's over in the first place.

Yea that was straight up dumb

Fignuts 03-06-2015 10:04 PM

Well people have to be watching for anything to be spoiled.

Mr. Nerfect 03-06-2015 10:08 PM

Why do the other faces want other people to be in contention for the IC Title? This whole thing is pretty nuts.

Simple Fan 03-06-2015 10:21 PM

Knockouts segment was alright. WWE would never let the Divas have that much time and they have a 3 hour show.

I don't know why they don't send Zack Ryder down to NXT. He'd get a lot out of it, I think.

I agree and instead of being the WWE Internet Champion he could be the WWE Network Champion

WWE updated the Mania poster with Bray out in favor of Rusev.

http://www.wwe.com/f/styles/ep_full/...E_WM31_ART.jpg

Ultra Mantis 03-07-2015 05:30 PM

Bray was never on it was he? It was just Bryan then Taker last time I saw it. Pretty weird they even put Bryan on there when he's not even doing anything more than R-truth is, who in turn would have covered their token black guy on the poster check box.

Emperor Smeat 03-07-2015 05:38 PM

My mistake. Source I took the image from said or implied Bray was removed but I didn't bother to read the rest of the thread.

Been a few mock Mania posters with Bray on it but the last official one didn't have him.

I like how everyone in the picture is either stoic or scowling, but Daniel Bryan is rocking a bit of a grin.

Bobby Eaton could still contribute today.

Mr. Nerfect 03-07-2015 11:20 PM

With how good NXT has been, it's made me think that ROH could be a pretty good show. Does anyone here want it? They've got Joe now, but how do they get more buzz and a better footing in the industry? Have they gone as far as they can?

Simple Fan 03-07-2015 11:27 PM

Watch ROH every week and they put on good shows and have good talent. I would like to think they would get bigger but feel that would ruin the brand. Unless they get new ownership they won't get any bigger then syndicated television.

Bobby looks rough.

Stan, on the other hand, looks like he could still get more ass than a porn star.
