According to Jinder on a recent episode of Talk Is Jericho, he wasn't originally meant to be an anti-American character for his WWE title push. The original promo where he won the #1 contendership was very different and meant to tie into his old gimmick in order to transition to a new Jinder.

Instead Vince wanted the promo and character changed at the last minute to be another anti-American gimmick. Jinder initially didn't like the changes but realized afterwards it did help draw a lot of heat for his character.

Rumor going around the net is All Japan Pro Wrestling's Kento Miyahara could be the next star from Japan getting signed by the WWE not counting the Women's Tournament.

William Regal was at AJPW's event earlier today and Miyahara dropped his Triple Crown championship which fueled some speculation.

Listening to JoMo on Austin's podcast, decided I'm going to watch Boone: the bounty hunter after he pretty much was like "I just needed a reason to do Parkour in my movie" and then I watched the trailer and it looks like amazing B Movie fun.

Plus Corbin Bernsen is in it.

Pro Wrestling Sheet has learned WWE officials are planning to announce a women’s Money in the Bank match for next month’s event … and if all goes accordingly, we’ll be getting the first of it’s kind.

Sources tell us the SmackDown brand pay per view will not only feature the men’s MITB, but as it currently stands they’re planning to announce a women’s match as well in the next few weeks.

Thats right, 2017 is more than likely going to feature the inaugural Women’s Championship briefcase.

No word yet on participants, or if there is any added stipulations, but the fact they are having this match alone is just another large step forward in women’s equality in WWE.

According to the Observer, current obstacle in the Broken gimmick talks between the WWE and Impact Wrestling is Impact refusing to sell the gimmick to the WWE.

Impact is only willing to license the gimmick to the WWE (and others) and are still demanding royalties. WWE wants all or nothing which is why talks recently stopped. Only way WWE might be interested again is if Matt Hardy wins the legal case against Impact/Anthem and then sells the gimmick to the WWE.

Looks like if you don't count tag team matchs where she wasn't the one pinned or other of those types Asuka is now 176-0 in NXT/WWE.

It just actually has to be funny which most attempts by the wwe are not.

Its basically the reason the Hardys are back in WWE. Fashion Files have been great and Smackdown has can be knocking it out of the park with the skits between them and Total Divas BS.

The tag match @ Backlash was great, especially because of the comedy. The Uso's played their part well too. It was a good change of pace and the mop trip actually made me laugh out loud.

Also Chris Jericho just had one of his best WWE runs in years based mainly in comedy.
