Just have Bryan beat Reigns and then have Reigns face Rollins and Ambrose in a Triple Threat Match. The way it should have been.

God I miss this version and wish they'd use it on Kidd/Cesaro.

Raw's ratings are low? Obviously Daniel Bryan's fault.
|
I'm actually really looking forward to Ambrose vs. Barrett. I think those men could have really good chemistry, and that their characters will have a good dynamic. Ambrose also seems a good fit for the IC Title at this point.
|
|
Ambrose and barret coukd catch fire and be a big mid card feud that the wwe hasnt had in a long time.
Now with only one main title and two mid card titles is the time it can become vauable again. The us champ is un defeated and fighting cena. The ic title could be a big deal again as well. Brock needs to keep the championship away. |

So we actually got what we wanted, Rusev is defending his title apparently.
Unless this is old news. Then carry on. |
I guess it's old news, but it wasn't announced straight away, right? I know I was pretty vocal on here about it not being defended. Glad it is. Whether Cena wins it or not, having the #1 guy gunning for it kinda makes it seem more important than it really is.

Probably not. I haven't really followed the angle to be honest. Just the same generic angle with Cena, and I'm still not completely sold on Rusev.
|
Completely irrelevant nugget of joy by Rammsteinmad there.
|
It'll end in either dq or countout since Cena almost never taps out and Rusev to the best of my knowledge has never won via pinfall. The match at Mania will then either be I quit or Submission only with no dq/countouts. They could create another 21-1 if Rusev gets Cena to quit or tap out. Or more likely Cena wins but they could still play up Rusev never being pinned.
|
It doesn't matter really. Whether it's at Wrestlemania or Extreme Rules, the end result will be Cena winning.
|
Last time Cena tapped out was No Way Out 2004 to Kurt Angle
Before that he tapped out to Benoits crossface on Sd in december of 2003 Before that he tapped out to Angle at No Mercy in 2003 So in a 4 month span he tapped out 3 times and hasnt done so since |

idk, maybe because I watch like one wrestling event a month |

One someone manages to break Rusev's Accolade, its going to end up just like Del Rio's cross arm-breaker. Move that gets built up as a really big deal during regular shows but becomes mostly non-exietsnt or treated as a regular move during ppvs. |

Next episode of 5 Things looks at the men who have beaten Goldberg.
Gonna throw out my prediction and share some useless wrestling trivia that if I remember correctly the only men with victories over Goldberg are Kevin Nash, Bret Hart, Booker T, Scott Steiner, Lex Luger (and Buff Bagwell) and Triple H. None of them were clean victories either. And that's six men... but whatever. |
Rewatching some old ECW tapes today while I work. MAN, the Eliminators/Gordy/Doc match was bad. If it wasn't for Saturn's elbow off the scaffold, this match would be completely unmemorable other than for how bad all four guys worked it.
|
I don't usually watch Botchamania since they're not really that funny anymore and full of annoying editing, but I caught this one and the Barrett/Jericho story from 11.00 in is pretty hilarious.
