It’s been plugged heavily on AEW TV and I even saw it on social.

It got covered in the TV thread but I like the new set for Dynamite. At the very least it freshens the look but I actually really like the way it creates a massive background for the entrance going on.

Jerichos entrance looked amazing with the massive gold sparkly background.

The whole setup is visually appealing and the way they have reworked the entrance videos to take full advantage is great.

Getting a new set and pimping the fuck out of it is right out of WCW ‘99.

At least AEW will be able to sign Johnny Gargano and Tegan Nox soon.

Warner has apparently changed its stance and is allowing Mark Briscoe to appear on AEW TV.

For what should be a feel good side story, this doesn’t feel all that good.

No amount of apologizing for their statements mattered. One of them had to die so the other could be a major sympathetic figure to get them on TV. Just feels gross.

I've made it fairly clear that my opinion of the whole thing is this "Warner Exec" doesn't exist, and was used as a cover for either Tony not wanting to book the Briscoes in AEW, or his EVPs not wanting him to book the Briscoes in AEW.

I mean, if the Bucks really went out of their way to not bring in teams better than them, they’d be the only team in the company.

My own opinion, with some corroborating evidence I have seen from another forum. Primarily, the dude doesn't have a spine, so doesn't want to take the heat.

I'd respect him a bit more if he said "I don't have any plans for them at this time." Disappointing, but a logical answer. It's better than making up an Exec that won't let them on WarnerMedia, but somehow let them on Warnermedia for ROH PPVs on BR. They were banned from doing a tribute, but were allowed to show his picture for a few seconds. It's all bullshit.

If he was lying, then I'd imagine the actual warner execs would have words with him.

Does he ever actually say that warner execs said it tho? I know he's implied theres a higher power at play but I cant remember if he ever actually specifically called out warner.

This seems more like another one of those “I WANT this to be the case” things rather than anything based on… anything really.

But without seeing the evidence provided via the scuttlebutt on the smart people forums, WE’LL NEVER KNOW!
