Also SoulCalibur 6 may be announced at a Playstation event. Dunno if that's what they're teasing, but a new iteration became likely when leakers who were spot on about SFV characters and look spot on about MvCi season 2 characters also mentioned SoulCalibur 6. Even mentioned the big gimmick will be variations of characters ala MKX.

The same leaker also said DMC5 will be there and Resident Evil 2 Remake is either there or will be revealed in 2018, but either way, it's RE4-6 camera style.
The weird thing is that Sony are playing down PSX. The main conference might nkt even be streamed. They're calling it a "welcome reception" for their ticket holders. The Capcom Cup is there though, so thst can do the Capcom announcements if needed. |

I hate owning games now that are disc format.

I haven't purchased a physical copy in nearly five years.

I still prefer discs. Something physically mine that can't be magically erased or taken offline one day or hacked or whatever. I also like those cases sitting on my shelf.
Also I hate waiting on everything to download and hate having to clear space on drives to download something for hours. Shit installs from discs way faster in the vast majority of cases with the exception of games that have a required download. Also Comcast used to have that shitty data limit that they finally did away with. I was not wasting my precious data on downloading a 100gb game. |
Only buy digital if i cant find a physical. Hate digital. I want to own what i buy

Always buy discs too. I can save £10-£20 per game, get the game 3-5 days early and re-sell and the only slight issue is getting up to change discs. No issues with that at all.

Couple days ago I was online with Kalyx and Alverado, and the topic of the UFC 3 beta came up. I joked "Does it have loot boxes?"
Turns out it has loot boxes and pretty much the same kind of online progression system as battlefront 2. The same slow progression system. Unbelievable. |
