The stable does suck.

It does. BUT, I'm actually willing to give it time, as I have a small gut feeling it's going somewhere. I don't get it often, but when I do I'm normally on the money.

Maybe I have just grown impatient, or Big E's faux preacher gimmick just ruins it all for me. Dunno, but I am bored with it and find it to be very "meh".

Big E was fine the way he was for that time. I feel like Kofi and Ziggler could put on an outstanding IC Title program if given the chance. Xavier Woods has the potential, he just needs to find his niche, or whatever.

The highlight of RAW for me was seeing Jimmy Fucking Jacobs be a Rosebud, and within 10 seconds I had daydreamed an Age of the Fall reunion with Rollins, Jacobs, and substituting Harper for Necro.

The only problem I have there is that I cannot get behind their intended cheesiness - ergo their heelishness will be meaningless and waste of time until it happens.

They were given the chance; they feuded over the belt from June 2010 through January 2011. Then they feuded over the US Title later in 2011. I'd sooner them not revisit that.

I think someone on Uproxx said it first, but RAW would've been tremendous if it ended freeze frame with Mercury and Noble in the air mid celebration.

I'd love to give the new day a chance but their gimmick is just ridiculous. A gospel gimmick in wrestling? Shouldn't they be peaceful instead of, you know, fighting?

Keep the group, can the new day gimmick, make them NoD 2.0. You wanna really push the line? Have their NoD 2.0 gimmick focus on them complaining about injustice in the world. That'll pull ratings faster than a U.S. v Russia "real world" gimmick from the 80's will.

The way Kofi was explaining the group last night made them seem just like a face version of Bo Dallas.

Both want to motivate people but while Bo is more on the delusional side, New Day is more on the happiness side.

Am I the only one that likes The New Day as it is? Without anticipating a swerve/turn into NOD territory - which I really don't think they'll do.

It's all sorts of corny but what's <s>wrestling</s> Sports Entertainment without its cornball stuff? Plus, it's something for these guys to do, something they seemingly are getting their teeth into. Really wanna see them Feeebird the titles.

i like the concept of new day. i just feel like it needs to fleshed out some more. hopefully they can work that out moving forward, and don't just drop it immediately because it didn't set the world on fire right away.
