Who are the faces here? Thought Bullet Club were heels but Taven and Bennett seem like heels too. Also, it appears Luke Gallows is trying to rape Maria which seems heel-ish.

Evil Vito 06-10-2015 09:56 PM

Bullet Club seem to have the nWo effect when they wrestle in the US. Still act heelish but everyone marks out for them.

They're definitely still heels in Japan though.

Simple Fan 06-10-2015 09:57 PM

Bullet Club in America would be faces if they are heels in Japan.

Simple Fan 06-10-2015 10:06 PM

EC3 just got beeped for telling Angle he would knock his dick in the dirt.

Simple Fan 06-10-2015 10:49 PM

Glad the Pope replaced Al Snow on commentary. Al was horrible.

Droford 06-10-2015 11:47 PM

Remember when Crimson had that undefeated run?

Simple Fan 06-10-2015 11:56 PM

Much like Mickie James' living streak.

Was he calling everyone "_______ Baba Ganoush?"

This should become the Destination America Wednesday Night Wrestling Thread.

Simple Fan 06-17-2015 10:00 PM

Ha black macheesmo

Simple Fan 06-17-2015 10:07 PM

EC3 referencing a ton of WWE superstars.

Droford 06-18-2015 10:02 PM

Even though the card seems awesome, I just can't justify almost 50 bucks for best in the world tomorrow night

Droford 06-20-2015 01:20 PM

Fell asleep after watching the Os game last night and missed the show but im Kind of surprised Lethal won.

Simple Fan 06-20-2015 05:51 PM

I'm not, expected it. Lethal has been built strong fro a while and to have him lose would've been a waste. If it was WWE they would have fucked it up and had Briscoe (Cena) win.

Evil Vito 06-20-2015 06:03 PM

Yeah, Briscoe had the belt for 9 months. It's fine to make a change now. ROH reigns tend to be quite lengthy which is fine when you're doing regional TV but I think now that they're getting more visibility I think they'll need to switch the belt around a bit more often. Not all the time, mind...but I'm not sure they'll have any ridiculously long reigns like they did when they were just doing house shows and PPVs. They've had 3 champions hold the belt for over a year (Joe, Danielson, McGuinness) plus Richards and Steen came within like a month of holding it for a year.

It seems they've only had one guy hold the belt for a month only to drop it the next month (James Gibson, aka Noble) so history says that Lethal is probably gonna keep it for a while.

Simple Fan 06-20-2015 07:09 PM

Yeah Briscoe and Austin Aries havee the most reigns with 2 each as well. Mostly because talent doesn't stay around ROH as long and the title has kinda been a springboard to WWE or TNA.

Innovator 06-20-2015 07:17 PM

Real happy for Lethal

thecc 06-20-2015 07:28 PM

Planning to get tickets for the philly show. I'm passed that I missed out on the njpw shows. So I'm super stoked about getting to see nakamura.

Mr. Nerfect 06-20-2015 10:47 PM

I'm actually thinking about getting into ROH again. They haven't done too much to grab my attention recently, but some of the title changes have me interested. They seem to be developing some heavy players (Moose, War Machine) and apparently the work of Roderick Strong has been amazing.

If TNA crumbles, I hope they get a chance to sign Kurt Angle, Bobby Lashley, Low Ki and The Hardys to add some amazing workers and star power to their roster. The Hardys vs. The Briscoes could actually convince a few people to buy a PPV.

Mr. Nerfect 06-20-2015 10:48 PM

I like that you sort of have an idea as to where ROH is heading just be reading the results. Things build naturally. It's sort of like NXT.

Mr. Nerfect 06-20-2015 10:48 PM

I do wish they'd give a women's division a proper go.

#1-norm-fan 06-20-2015 10:55 PM

I'm willing to give ROH a chance based solely on this Dalton Castle character.

Mr. Nerfect 06-20-2015 11:04 PM

Dalton Castle does seem amazing.

Mr. Nerfect 06-20-2015 11:05 PM

Silas Young's gimmick seems fun too. "The Last Real Man in Professional Wrestling" or whatever it is. I'm glad he's found something that works for him. Apparently his match with Dalton Castle wasn't "white-hot," but the personalities seem like a good clash.

They have or had a nice group to tap into. Veda Scott, ODB, Maria, and Mandy Leon have experience. They better pull some Shimmer stars before WWE takes that.

Rollermacka 06-22-2015 11:30 AM

Well, I guess I'm one of the few that watched Impact this week :-\
I liked the Edwards/ Roode match, Bram vs Joseph Park made me laugh (in a good way), and the woman's match made me laugh (in a bad way). Say what you want about EC3 and talking about all the WWE guys.... but that was one hell of a main event against Lashley

drave 06-22-2015 11:38 AM

What does EC3 say, and why is it significant?

Innovator 06-22-2015 12:28 PM

Gunner and Samuel Shaw have both said on twitter they're done with TNA

Not really significant but it was funny, I liked it. He puts Kurt and him over and it was weel delivered.

drave 06-22-2015 01:30 PM

Meh - can take it or leave it really.

Has either one even been on TV since they have moved to DA? Doesn't seem like that big of a loss if both guys leave when they haven't been used in half a year....
