Pirates are SUCKING 4 innings in. AJ Burnett is luckily keeping calm after that 2 run home run in the top of the 1st. Time for the damn bats to wake the hell up!
|
Nats announcers seem to be excited about "Soriano"
Mad short game Watched like half of it |
Andrew bogot leading vote getting receiving 60 first place votes

reggie miller looking good

Nats are my 3rd favorite team. I like Harper, I like Strasburg, I like the stadium, I like the fact that everyone on the Nationals roster has a weird name. There isn't "John Smith" it's some strange name. Tyler Clippard. Ryan Zimmerman. The announcers could be better but they have weird names too. J.P. Arrencibia. I like the Nats. Nats Does. Radien Rope. Ben's Bowl. #Natitude

Nats stadium sucks
F.P. Santangelo is the announcer, that guy sucks |
I wish you guys would all go to Nats games so we could make fun of the dickhead who does the Nationals "in-game entertainment" on the scoreboard and shit. That guy is the biggest tool ever

Nats Stadium looks cool dude |
If you can answer this question right then YOU! will take home your very own DC Lottery Prize Pack. What do you think Nats fans? Can we help her out?
|
Every time Clint does the T-Shirt Toss he walks around the field trying to pump up the crowd and then flips his shirt to himself before launching it as high as he can, but it usually only lands like four rows up
|
D-Backs have "RallyBack" Girls who do all the hard lifting like throwing things into the crowd and generally pumping everyone up and being positive for the hosts while they're talking
|
Nervous Marmot trying to close out the game for the Cubs.

Joba's still a fat fuck

:D Red Sox beat the Yanks. Lester gets his 1st ever Opening Day win.

Color me shocked that CC didn't have his best stuff on opening day...oh wait. Could be a tough time until Yankees get the regulars back.
Meanwhile, in things that make me happy: http://img.gawkerassets.com/img/18jb.../ku-xlarge.gif |

Really love this Red Sox team already. Think they could be this year's A's (ironic, considering the payroll).

Yanks/Sox game was quite the doozy.
Gonna be a rough year until the calvary comes over the hill. |

I remember Chip Caray when he'd call Sammy Sosa's home runs using that exact phrase. When Sosa hit #62 in '98 he was all like: "SWUNG ON, BELTED! MOVE OVER BIG MAC, YOU'VE GOT COMPANY!" I like Chip. He's my favorite. |
