I hope so RP
Fuck Jericho |
 at MJF pulling an Eddie Guerrero.
Ending was somewhat flat but match itself was pretty good overall. |
MJF with the sneaky victory
|
liked it.
|
Wardlow too!
|
Huzzah at MJF
|
So since Sammy got killed by Matt Hardy earlier, who takes over his coveted spot in the Inner Circle, MJF or Wardlow?
|
Revolution...the last AEW PPV in front of a full audience, weeks before everything closed.
|
I wouldnt be upset if Eddie Kingston wins but my guess is he wont
Moxley vs Omega would be a bigger match |
Assuming this I Quit match doesn't go over 25-30 minutes, Full Gear seems to be on track to end earlier than All Out did.
|
OK..
Eddie Kingstons gear does not match up with his character. AEW really needs to fix that. I'm shocked they let him out there looking like that. |

I should have recorded the notre dame clemson game..in OT, its been a doozy
|
lol if this gets as crazy as the Mox match from full gear last year
|
AEW should have subtitled this show "Bloodsport" considering a third of the matches involved someone bleeding.
|
barbed wire..fist
|
leprechaun
|
Think Kingston might be legit crazy now since he just willingly wrapped his arm in barbed wire.
|
This match is absolutely savage. Not my cup of tea but I can respect both men for taking unnecessary risks.
|
uh oh
|
Wincing in pain watching this match.

Not the rubbing alcohol on open wounds, that is a first in an "I Quit" match
|
 at Moxley getting kicked in the nuts.
Nice of Eddie to help clean Moxley's back wounds with that bottle of rubbing alcohol. |
Ouch at Moxley having tacks stuck in his head.
Match has delivered a lot in terms of brutality so far. |
Tacks stuck in Mox's fucking head omg
|
Barbed wire to the throat god damn
crazy match |
Did he even quit?
|
Look at me, ma! No grandchildren, no daughter-in-law, no wrestling title, ma!
|
AEW title match was very good overall.
Probably could have used a few more minutes to build up a bit more brutality for that ending sequence. Full Gear was a very enjoyable show overall and was better than All Out. Enjoyed Omega vs. Page the most out of tonight's card. |
anti-climatic ending to a ppv
|
wanted a cool debut like brock or someone to show up and beat the shit outta moxley
|
The PPV was good imo but seemed like one of their weakest... but online it seems like most people loved it and thought it was one of the best. I think maybe I was too distracted via talking with other people "irl" during it
Main event was good but Eddie Kingston's gear made him seem like a jobber... Cassidy vs. Silver match was great... FTR vs. Young Bucks match was my fav of the night |
Gave me Spirit Squad vibes.
|
"Just because his arm is hurt, doesn't mean his legs are hurt"
Good call, excalibur. Jesus christ. |
Passed out during the main event (whiskey not boredom lol). Hell of a match between Mox and Kingston. I can imagine them 2 having a good time telling a story the way they want to.
Overall great PPV. Darby shocked the hell out of me. Omega is taking the title off Mox, Shida is still beautiful and congrats to the Bucks on the tag titles....oh yeah John Silver is awesome. |
Great ppv.

Mr. Nerfect seems like he is miserable irl.

The reason is because if he doesn't go "All In" with his opinion, and tries to be somewhat diplomatic, there are posters who will have a hissy fit and call him swear words, talk about gotchas, and think irrationally that by banding together with other similarly minded insulters that they have "showed him". Evidently posters think winning an argument here is determined by who says the meanest thing, and who yells the loudest. You can't be mad at Noid for playing by the method established by others. |

Pretending Noid is the only poster here that posts that way requires some serious blinders being worn. |
I’m down to have a formal debate with xrod with no cursing or name calling if we agree that there will be no sidestepping of questions and all issues from the other side will be directly addressed before moving on. We can agree on an unbiased moderator or two if need be.
I am comfortable with this agreement. Is xrod? Or does that agreement scare the dumb motherfucker? (Debate hasn’t started yet) |
There’s 0% chance of that happening but I feel I’m pretty unbiased in my opinion of both companies (watch more out of habit than enjoyment at this point anyway) so I’d be open to moderating.
|
Stop being such giant sooks. If people’s enjoyment is effected by my correct takes, then their enjoyment was not as embedded as they thought. I will deliver my takes however I want. AEW fucking sucks and is making wrestling worse. If you don’t like it, tell me how it’s not and I’ll tell you how you are wrong.
It is the worst parts of WWE, PWG, WCW and CZW rolled into one. |
7 pages for a PPV. Weak as shit.
|
But HIAC went only 3 pages?
The past couple weekly show threads have struggled to get more than 1 page, with usually less than 5 people even being active in said threads. If we are measuring success by thread length on an old wrasslin board ofc. |

So Sammy is probably written out right? At least for a bit. Does MJF and the rest of the inner circle turn on Jericho tomorrow?
|
Quote:
Fail to understand the relevance? Are there demo's for wrasslin message boards? What page length constitutes a success in the board demos? |
It highlights that no one really gives a shit about wrestling anymore.
|
but moreso wwe than aew? based on thread length?

Which advertiser is going to market to those 300k? If they even looked into them they probably worked out they aren’t going to start any trends.

Jericho has done about as much as he can as a heel. A face turn could freshen him up with different opponents. |

As long as alcoholic Jericho is gonna get liquored up and tweet, he has to be a heel. |
There are no faces and no heels in the new evolved AEW. Jericho can be drunk and babyface. It’ll just be “funny” instead of a symptom of a very major problem in a human being’s life that probably needs to be addressed.
