Im pretty sure you cant trademark something thats already trademarked, lawyers tend to check that out as well as the patent office, and if he hasnt got it trademarked and waited 10 years before calling foul then he doesnt really have much of a case.

Even so, there must be hundreds of radio/TV shows called "Big Show" around the globe.

This lawsuit is completely within their right. I tuned into their show once expecting it to be hosted by Big Show and expected him to be talking about life. I was sorely disappointed and made me mad at the radio station. WWE is in clear violation of brand confusion.
