Well, if us Canadians had the US version of the Network, as well as UK not getting it yet when they should've, their subs might be closer to what they expected.

Thinking adding the PPVs to it was daft, you look at everything you're getting without the PPVs and most folk who got it probably still would have, you would still have the PPV money coming in but with the Network to fall back on if they needed it, even if they only got 3/400k subscribers its all profit essentially.

Most people wouldn't have paid $10 for just the back catalog of ppv and DVDs because its mostly available for free elsewhere.

What I figure will eventually happen is WWE will sell the streaming rights of everything but the ppvs to Hulu/Netflix and then sell the streaming ppvs themselves for $10.

According to a mostly reliable source on Reditt, Maddox and Great Khali's releases were just the beginning of a bigger wave of releases. Just like last time, its tied into the recent disappointing Network subs announcement.
