lol watched that match literally a couple of hours ago. Notice everybody still bump for it

Vastardikai 10-15-2014 05:35 PM

The wind from the botch knocked them over. :shifty:

CSL 10-15-2014 05:36 PM

watched New Blood Rising on the Network earlier. So hilariously bad although Storm vs. Mike Awesome is kind of a riot, if only for the commentary

it was an exquisite bit of botchery. He had his leg stuck/tied up in the ropes hanging upside down for a good amount of time afterwards

WWE's zombie gimmick is clearly missing out on the marketing potential of Sami Brainz.

Going to miss the Jericho book signing, baby duty

According to the dirtsheets, Vince finally realizes the WWE is severely lacking in star power and needs more quality pushes done.

Quote:

It’s no secret that WWE feels they are dealing with some major roster depth issues right now. Vince McMahon has been working to add some star power to the top of the card as he feels, and has accepted that, the current crew is probably the weakest they’ve been in 10 years as far as overall star power goes.

We’ve noted how Randy Orton hasn’t been happy about his role and those issues continue. It was said that Orton wasn’t happy with getting the loser of John Cena vs. Dean Ambrose at Hell In a Cell. Orton is reportedly still asking for time off also.

Vince reportedly offered to give Orton a bigger push but does not want to give Orton time off, due to the roster issues. Vince actually wants to have Orton work more and doesn’t want to commit to a stronger push if he’s not willing to work full time. Orton was reportedly asked by officials to start working SmackDown tapings full time and refused.

I feel like a similar report comes out once every year and nothing comes of it.

It wouldn't be lacking if they consistently pushed people and didn't kill their momentum like all the fucking time.

They could realistically have Wyatt and Cesaro as ready made upper mid card talent available to plug into the main event. Both had the rug pulled from under them after mania.

Source: The Wrestling Observer Newsletter

TNA President Dixie Carter has apparently told several people to expect a “major announcement” in the near future. While some may believe that the announcement will be a new television deal for the company, that may not be the case.

There has been some claims that TNA has been negotiating with a talent that would reportedly “shock people.” It’s said that if it comes to fruition, the new signing would create a buzz around TNA, however no one seems to know who the talent is.
To capitalize on Roman Reigns being off TV for WWE...

WHAT'S LUTHER REIGNS DOING IN THE IMPACT ZONE?

Place your bets on what disappointment will spawn from this news. I've got $1 on former UFC somebody Stephan Bonnar.

I always preferred "Spin The Bottle" over "Higher".

I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT.

I really need to check where the images I'm google searching for are hosted.

Whenever TNA announces an upcoming "surprise", it's always underwhelming.

VSG 10-15-2014 11:03 PM

They'd be lucky to get the one on the right--definitely the better talker.

 from the Observer about Jericho's new book

Quote:

So I got Jericho’s book right as I was finishing this issue. I wasn’t even going to open the package until after being done, because I’ve read his other books, and it was like, the minute I start, that’s it, no issue this week. So it’s there, staring me in the face, and I’m going, I will not open this book until later in the week. I’ll just open it, read one page, and no matter what, that’s it. So I open and it’s page 120, talking about the angle with Mickey Rourke and WrestleMania. Jericho had to explain to Rourke that when he was on Larry King with him, he was just an actor building up a confrontation for Mania. Rourke thought all the insults were a shoot and brought Frank Shamrock and Moti Horenstein (a former UFC fighter who was a member of the Israeli special forces) with him. Anyway, there were no problems and everyone was cool with everyone. Except Horenstein, who was still mean mugging. Before the match, Jericho told Vince about how Rourke hired two bodyguards to kick his ass if he double-crossed Rourke in the ring. Vince started laughing, and said, “Are you kidding me? Those guys?” Vince said, “You me, Finlay and Malenko would’ve beat the shit out of them. I mean, look at that one guy, he’s a midget.” The midget was Shamrock. Jericho smiled at Vince and said, “Well, if anything goes down, I’ll take Rourke and you take the midget.” “Damn right I will,” Vince said as he swaggered away.
