Santino was the last eliminated. No idea about the second part. Have no memory about when he entered. 27 minutes?

Innovator 09-02-2015 05:23 PM

Santino, and since he was #39 I think, probably 10 minutes.

DAMN iNATOR 09-02-2015 05:26 PM

Inno wins! Santino was last eliminated with Alberto lasting 9:33 in total, so rounded up would be 10 minutes.

Also, anecdotally, Orton was #39, just after Alberto at #38. Santino entered just before Alberto at #37, and they were the only two he eliminated.

Big Vic 09-02-2015 05:27 PM

He entered in from the plus 30 spot (#38 maybe?).... I will guess 8 minutes.

Big Vic 09-02-2015 05:27 PM

oh ok

DAMN iNATOR 09-02-2015 05:32 PM

Yeah, I thought/was really hoping it might take a LITTLE longer to be guessed, but oh, well. No big deal.

Up to you, Inno, if you want to ask something or if you want to let someone else ask something or whatever. :)

SlickyTrickyDamon 09-02-2015 05:34 PM

That was the Royal Rumble where Matt Striker eliminated himself from relevance for marking out bro. I think they did it on purpose and set him up.

loopydate 09-02-2015 05:40 PM

I still contend that Santino should have won that Rumble. He could have lost his shot before Mania, but that place would have come unglued if Santino won.

Innovator 09-02-2015 05:41 PM

Who am I?

-I had a gimmick named for an explosive.

-I've been a Director of Operations.

-I got back at a rival by wrestling under a mask.

Savio 09-02-2015 05:48 PM

Kane/Atom Bomb?

Savio 09-02-2015 05:48 PM

Oh wait, Savio Vega

Innovator 09-02-2015 05:49 PM

CORRECT!

Savio 09-02-2015 05:56 PM

This man never suffered a pinfall loss when starting his WWE run until a loss to mankind, Led his own stable, and last match in the WWF took place in the brawl for all tourny.

SlickyTrickyDamon 09-02-2015 06:06 PM

BORIQUAS HUUUUUUUUAAAAAAH!

SlickyTrickyDamon 09-02-2015 06:07 PM

What stable was able to sing their entire song so clear and complete that it could have been used as their official theme song because the fans were dead silent when they came out on Raw?

How about you settle down Bit Killer Jones

DAMN iNATOR 09-04-2015 02:18 PM

I'll settle down when I'm good and ready.

DAMN iNATOR 09-04-2015 03:00 PM

Anyway, since we seem to have gotten away from asking questions, I'll pose another, this time maybe one which will require some serious good long-term memory and/or thinking to get all parts of it.

Now, we all know Shawn Michaels became the first-ever Grand Slam champion in WWE under the classic definition by winning the then WWF European Championship in 1997.

Part I - Whom did Shawn beat to win his first Intercontinental, WWF and European Championships, and with whom did he team and what team did Shawn and his partner beat to win the World Tag Team Championship?

Part II - To whom did Shawn drop his first Intercontinental, WWF and European Championships to?

Part III - Shawn and his partner vacated or were stripped of their World Tag Team Championship -- but what was the reason given for this decision?

GOOD LUCK!

Mr. Nerfect 09-04-2015 07:54 PM

Part I - I'm fairly certain he beat Davey Boy Smith to win his first European Championship. And Bret Hart, of course, paved way for the boyhood dream to come true. Did he also beat Davey to win the IC Title? I think he beat Marty Jannetty and Dean Douglas at certain points, but I'm going to put The British Bulldog first. Did Shawn team with Diesel to beat The Headshrinkers?

Part II - I'm going to guess the Marty Jannetty win came after HBK's first run with the IC Title, the WWE would have been Sid, and the European would have been when Michaels passed the title on to Triple H. Do you think this sort of killed the belt, by the way?

Part III - Actually read an article on this the other day, haha. Wasn't Owen Hart pinned despite not being in the match? The British Bulldog did double-duty and teamed with Yokozuna, only for Hart to come out for a clusterfuck finish? It was like the main event of In Your House 3 or something.

All from memory, so there's a chance at least part of this is wrong.

Part I - Davey Boy for both IC and Euro, Bret for WWF, with Diesel over Yoko and Owen (really Yoko and Bulldog)

Part II - Marty for the IC, Sid for WWF, HHH for Euro

Part III - Diesel pinned Owen, who was originally supposed to be in the match, but he'd been replaced by Davey Boy because Martha had just given birth, so Owen was late. Because Owen technically wasn't in the match, Cornette and Fuji had the decision reversed.

DAMN iNATOR 09-05-2015 12:07 AM

Noid got Pt. I & II, loopy got Pt. II, and both got Pt. III wrong, however it appears I wasn't as clear or thorough with Pt. III, so I guess due to that mistake, I'll award the answer to Noid.

The incident in question had actually occurred in Survivor Series 1994, when the champs had their belts vacated due to, of all things, "not being able to function as a tag team.". Pretty ridiculous, I know, but true.

So, Noid if you want, next question is yours.

Mr. Nerfect 09-06-2015 02:40 AM

Haha, together we almost got it.

Alright, here's one:

Over the course of history, tag team matches have been featured as the main event of WWE PPVs. Oddly enough though, a Tag Team Championship has only been involved in four of those main events. Can you name the matches that got top billing and were for the WWE/World Tag Team Championship?

loopydate 09-06-2015 11:46 AM

I can think of two, but the others escape me. Fighting the temptation to Wiki it.

Shisen Kopf 09-06-2015 12:01 PM

Dunno who the first guest was but Fuji Vice was awesome

Yeah, same here.

I can only think of two.

Cool King 09-06-2015 12:38 PM

Wait, just remembered another one.

That's three. Getting close now.

Cool King 09-06-2015 12:55 PM

Ok, I think I've got it.

WrestleMania 2 (Illinois) - The Dream Team vs The British Bulldogs

In Your House 3 - Yokozuna and The British Bulldog vs Diesel and Shawn Michaels

Backlash (2001) - The Brothers of Destruction vs The Two Man Power Trip

TLC (2009) - Jeri-Show vs DX

I don't know if WrestleMania 2 counts or not, as it really wasn't the main event of WrestleMania 2 as a whole, Hogan/Bundy was.

But I'm stumped at three, so I'm taking a gamble with it.

SlickyTrickyDamon 09-06-2015 06:37 PM

WM 9 (CoMain Event) Hogan/Beefcake Vs. Money Inc. We have our list now.
