Kinda makes you wonder though, now that the X1 is rolling out backwards compatibility, what the point is in some of these remasters.

Some games just age perfectly fine, particularly cartoonish/cel-shaded ones (Wind Waker, Castle Crashers, etc)

The answer is some (a lot) of games will be cock blocked by publishers.

If anyone was interested in playing Shenmue I and/or II because of Shenmue III's announcement, now is not a good time to do so. Prices for both at least on Amazon spiked big since III's announcement.

Shenmue I spiked by around 200-250% ($90-$100 average right now) while II spiked by around $60-$70 on average.

On the flip side, best time to sell either game and make some good money.

Likely the same on eBay and other online retailers/auction places.
