Just picked up Rayman Origins and my god it is 2d platforming bliss. Such a great game. Can't wait til my roomates get home so we can play together.

Only complaint is that I am on the third world and I've yet to face a boss. Should be one in every world imo.

There are just so many cool little touches. This game is an overlooked example of games as art.

When you get to the part in the water world where you are swimming with a school of fish, and a big stupid grin doesn't come across your face, well then you have no soul.

Picked up Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception.

You'd think after 3 games they would fix the gunplay. It still sucks, but the story and graphics are still the best in the business.

I'm halfway through Valkyria Chronicles 2. I started playing Condemned 2: Bloodshot a little as well.

Who knows after that. Probably finally get to Persona 3 or some other JRPG; I have way too many of those in my backlog and I need to always be playing one of them if I ever expect to finish all of them.

How was Condemned 2? I heard it was awful, but then again, the first one wasn't that great either. If you have a 360 and haven't already done so, play Lost Odyssey. That is one of the better JRPG's out there.

Back playing Battlefield 3 in readiness for Close Quarters coming out tomorrow. Bet I die even more than usual.

I actually enjoyed Condemned 1. Condemned 2 so far is more difficult than I expected. Not used to being as patient with the combat yet, and I'm getting caught off guard more than I expect to.

Lost Odyssey is in my backlog. I've beaten every Final Fantasy except XIII and XIII-2 (barring the MMOs), so it's pretty much up my alley.

I didn't care for FFXIII. It got far too boring and even the voice actors sounded like they didn't want to be there. I got to chapter 11, I think. The big open area with the big ass dinosaur looking monsters and said fuck this.

LO is well worth a play. Easily over 100 hours of play, unlike X Blades, which I'm playing now. Totally easier than I thought it was. Shame I didn't finish it back in 2009 when it came out. :roll:

Finally got around to getting a replacement AV cable for the N64 so a bunch of N64 games. The original one broke a year ago and kept pushing back buying one until last week.

Benn also playing Rainbow Six Vegas 2 on the hardest mode for the achievement.

Went for Premium since it's probably going to work out cheaper in the long run.

And I want be a big shit and show off the Premium dogtags and stuff. :shifty:

There was an unnecessarily long install, 3D mode was bad, weird textures, glitches where the AI partners would be stuck in an area where they need to be at a door to unlock it, dumb AI partners in general as none of them killed anyone, when I would click the LS it would toss a grenade for no reason maybe 20% of the time and I never tried online mode because a pass is needed. It's a fine shooter I guess, I'm just sick of playing shooters so when little things like that start to add up is when a decent game becomes average to bad. This one is somewhere in the average to bad scale.

Finished Resident Evil Operation Raccoon City on XBOX. It's like Left 4 Dead in a 3rd person view...

And also I finished the kick-ass Max Payne 3 on PC. I felt sad of what happened to Fabiana. :( She's like the Brazilian Paris Hilton... I love the Matrix slow mo when shooting.. Why can't there be more games with this kind of stuff to avoid dying?

Still playing Diablo 3, and now I'm trying to finish Sacred 2 again. Fuck me Sacred 2 is a HUGE game if you try to play it thoroughly. You can actually walk further than they do in the Lord of the Rings movies, and I did not think that was possible in any context.

I might be incredibly bias here, since Spider Man is my all time favorite hero and because it's been forever since the last open world web-slinging Spider Man game, but the Amazing Spider Game may be my favorite game of the year so far.
