Finally getting caught up today. The Vaudevillains and Enzo/Cass are tremendous. Cass' "Hey Arnold" joke in this week's promo was great. The whole thing's pretty great, honestly.

Hearing news of the "It's coming" Wyatt family teaser being the Ascension. I imagine they will come up once they are done getting beat up by Kenta and Devitt.

They need to change Becky Lynch's freeze frame for match card thing. Got her frozen at a stupid look on her face.

Tyson Kidd has actually become a personality. I worry it won't translate to RAW and SmackDown as effectively. I feel that he will just win matches because he uses Natalya or lose matches because of Natalya, and that will run dry soon, but it's far better than where he was pre-injury. He had all the skills, but I just couldn't buy him as a guy with any traction.

The Divas are all so good down there. Even Carmella has a personality already. I haven't read the spoilers or seen this week's episode, but I think a heel turn for Becky Lynch and a bitter rivalry with Bayley could be fun.

It seems to me fairly obvious we are building to Adrian Neville vs. Sami Zayn for the NXT Title at the next live special. I'm all for Zayn winning the title and then being confronted by Kevin Steen.

Enzo and Cass have been awesome lately. They remind me of Edge & Christian -- entertaining team that can keep things moving in the tag division. Lucha Dragons are meshing better and better each day, and they seem set-up to take on The Vaudevillains. I hate their music change, but I'm not bored with them yet.

I'm actually intrigued to see where this Marcus Louis/Sylvester LeFort stuff goes. A bad-ass French babyface is something we haven't really seen in WWE.

I actually really like Jason Albert as a color guy. He provides actual analysis while seeming to fit the WWE mold. He's better than Alex Riley.

He's a babyface kiss ass. Riley is the heel kiss ass. So, it all depends on who they are talking about. If Jason is hyping Bayley he's awesome. If he's trying to hype up Mojo Rawley he sucks.

Not really a feud. Mojo is out. Breeze cleanly squashed Mojo twice.

He's not neutral. He's a face-lover to Riley's heel lover. Stuck in the middle is Renee.

Phillips, Renee and New Cole is the best team.

Sasha Banks has also improved tremendously in the ring- needs a better finisher imo.

I got my wires crossed at Fatal 4-Way, and I thought that it was Tyler Breeze who took the pin in the match. I was kind of hoping that Tyson Kidd would blame Breeze for the loss and attack him during a match and kick-start a feud with a now babyface Breeze. It seems we're getting a natural double-turn with Breeze and Mojo Rawley though, which might actually be cool if Rawley can grow into the role.

They need to get Regal on TV more.

Thoughts from this week; The Ascension are now xenophobes telling Itami to "go home", probably be better off with Zeb than with Bray.

Becky Lynch is so very, very awkward.

I don't expect anything magic of the NXT divas within a couple of months of action, but soon they all seem to be really good in the ring. Is Bill Demott still their trainer?

Love Becky Lynch. She's spunky and a good worker. They tried that Irish jig with her, and I'm glad that lasted one week. Bad-ass Becky has got more of a chance of working, and I'm looking forward to the Charlotte/Bayley vs. Sasha/Becky tag match. They could even put it on the live special, although I have a feeling they'll go with Bayley in the corner of Charlotte and Becky in the corner of Sasha, or those girls possibly having a match of their own.

I'll be honest -- still not fans of The Ascension. But I do want to see them called up to the main roster already. Their shtick is about as developed as it is going to get in NXT. Maybe they could work longer matches with some of the budding teams down there, but I thought they actually came across really great as they were promoting the last Takeover show and they had them beat Los Matadores on Main Event.

Undertaker is supposedly going to be an advisor for nxt. Kinda interesting

I started off 3 of her matches always hating on her, I think her promos were sloppy or her face did something I didn't like, but she goes in the ring and delivers.

As Guru Dave's tag partner I have forwarded evidence pinning Bram to an affair with Rockstar Spud so it won't be long until Dave takes the title

Carmella's character does seem fitted to being a heel. I got a bit sad when Emma lost. :(

I hope that Alexa Bliss beats Carmella, leaving Carmella with a vendetta against her. Those two personalities would bounce off each other really well, I think.

Finn Fucking Balor

I was wondering about the theme and entrance sans body paint but he came off very impressive. It was a great episode overall actually- that opener especially.

Pretty impressed with Finn. Not a fan of the Double Foot-stomp though, always looks like trash.

It seems like they blew-off the Marcus Louis vs. Sylvester LeFort stuff so they could have him blaming the fans. I think he should have just gone after LeFort, and have LeFort pay guys to fight for him. Throw Scott Dawson out there one week, Dash Wilder another. Finally LeFort settles on Bull Dempsey, and Marcus Louis and him brawl before they are pulled apart and a match is signed for the next live special.

Shit where has Carmella been? Fucking eh.

Still pissed she beat Emma. Would have rathered her inexperience cost her the match and then she snaps and beats Emma down afterwards, causing the more experienced girl to go looking to school her.

You could have even have Emma have dropped the second match due to an illegal roll-up, and that loss against a rookie haunt her. So many possibilities to develop both characters.

Not sold on Finn Balor and Hideo Itami's styles just yet, but I think they're just getting warmed up. I want to see them face The Ascension more than I have ever wanted to see an Ascension match ever. Pretty great story.

What they are doing with Zayn and Neville is pretty incredible too. Really feels like their match will be important.

I'm digging Becky Lynch. Not sure I really "get" the reason she is hanging with Sasha Banks, and not just her own bad-ass girl right now, but she looks amazing, and it makes sense to have her on the bad side, since Charlotte and Bayley are the good girls.

Also, the girl I talked about in that Carmella/Emma situation really should have been Alexa Bliss. Have Bliss roll-up Carmella, and then Carmella shows her true colors. Bam, yet another Divas feud on the developmental show. And since they are both still learning, a clean win on Carmella's end down the track doesn't make Bliss look terrible.

The characters are so interesting, I think they could actually have run Charlotte, Bayley & Alexa Bliss vs. Sasha Banks, Becky Lynch & Carmella as a main event on one of their shows.

Because she sounds like has marbles in her mouth when she does a promo.

Also it makes sense in the circle. Sasha Banks was the random face that Summer Rae taught to be the bad ass Boss she became. Now she is teaching a new student.

Give them a bit to get used to the WWE style.

Last I read Itami actually went a bit too far with his WWE style to the point they actually told him to go back a bit to his normal style. Something about his kicks and/or strikes looking really bad even for WWE standards.

Blake and Murphy's team theme sounds really similar to what the WWE used for the Network's pre-launch hype videos. Wouldn't be surprised if they really did just recycle it with a few tweaks.

That's too hard for my Roku device. I kinda like him on the pre-shows for Raw but he's shit calling a match.

Riley doesn't have the credibility to be that sort of heel announcer. If Jason Albert was defending a heel's actions, because sometimes you've got gotta get ruthless, it makes sense. He's been around the block, competed at WrestleMania and won championships. Riley had some moments, but he never won a title, and no one is really clamouring to hear his "insight." He should be looking to Byron Saxton as to what to do as a heel announcer, but the thing is, they already have Byron Saxton for that.

That Zayn/Neville match was fucking awesome. NXT is the best.

:lol: crowd keeping track how long the Corban-Sampson match lasted and then lost interest doing the same in the middle of the Dempsey match. Even booed a bit when the Dempsey match went on longer than 20-30 seconds.

I've been waiting to see what Corbin actually has to offer outside of hitting his finish, but with the crowd timing his matches I don't think we're gonna get much more.
