New Impact is off to a fast start. First 15 minutes and The Wolves have brawled, Josh Mathews and JB argued about JB being added to the announce table, and Cody came out and called out Moose who isn't there.

Woah, it finally happened. The last TNA was so bad that even Voices of Wrestling hate it. They usually love all the shit TNA pumps out.

First 15 minutes were probably the best. Opening video they played was pretty good but filled with guys currently in WWE which is fine I just felt like they over did it a bit.

Dutch Mantel had a promo that pushed the line of copyright laws as well, almost introduced himself as Zeb before stoping and saying he'd get in trouble. Went on to talk about his previous time in TNA when it was great and that they lost the fans and that was going to change be cause We the People will make Impact Great again.

Just a lot of WWE references on the show and that was kind of the theme of the show. I do like JB being added to the announce table and that led to a WWE references with Josh saying this isn't Smackdown Live where they have 47 announcers. Pritchard talked about his time in WWE and they had two former WWE guys in the main event.

I did like how they wrote the Hardys off with Decay tampering with Vanguard 1, I assume they'll explain exactly what they did to him but I won't hold my breath. Really need new titles though as it's kind of dumb to announce TNA is dead but still have your championships branded with TNA logos. Also Cody had his GFW NEX Gen title with him and Reno Scum had the Future Stars of Wrestling Tag Team titles with them.

Overall the look of the show was a bit better with the new logo but was very strong with the WWE references to the point it was kind of ridiculous. X Division match was ok, and the main event was good til it got to the finish.

Watching out of curiosity. Never cared for Josh Matthews and I kinda cringed when I heard he was gonna do the heel announcer thing but he was great in that segment.

2 minute win by Reno Scum over DCC. Are DCC supposed to be not jobbers?

New match. It seems to be a fatal fourway but only one guy got and introduction and the other three's names weren't even mentioned until after the match had started.

Yeah that's a head scratcher, especially when you just lost your tag team champions and you Decay and DCC are the only teams you have. Wasn't really impressed with Reno Scum.

Laurel Van Ness coming out still in a wedding dress and holding her shoe and a bottle of wine from last week. Ridiculous. lol

lol Loving Josh Mathews' "I'm a company guy and couldn't give a shit less about wrestling history" gimmick. Schilling some Pop TV show while being confused about who Rachael Ellering's dad is.

Really just skipping through matches and looking for parts where Josh Mathews snaps. "NO ONE CARES ABOUT THE NAMES OF THE MOVES!"

Final appearance of the Broken Hardyz tonight I guess.

Lashley and El Patron fighting for the title is a good step in the right direction at least. They both come off as stars. They need more of this to build credibility and less Chris Sabin/Eddie Edwards championship reigns.

Cody is awesome. I hope that GFW title he's got gets re-named and becomes a legit Impact title. Do they even have a midcard title?

I don't get what Decay did to "delete" the Hardys.

The dumb Impact Grand Championship with the rounds. It's a good looking title but it's defended in stupid matches. Moose is the champion right now and he won it by split decision from Drew Galloway.

Moose is champion? Perfect. Maybe they'll do a unification match.

Like I said I hope the elaborate a bit about what they did to Vanguard 1.

I didn't really mind the ending.

They didn't need Dutch AND Pritchard to both do "TNA sucked but it will be good now" promos. It was overkill. Also, there wasn't a lot of substance to anything in the middle of the show. Matches seemed really dull.

And I think the three guys Braxton Sutter wrestled were actually supposed to be at least kind of a big deal. Why were they treated like enhancement talent? It felt like a fatal fourway jobber match. Weird.

Thought that was weird as well especially since it was taped. I could understand if they were live but made it real obvious they have a hard on for Braxton. I like Caleb Konley and think he's perfect for the X division.

Saw a snippet of ROH over the weekend, sad that Cody Rhodes has to go to the ring simply known as "Cody"

Christopher Daniels is finally a World Champion. Beat Adam Cole at ROH 15 Anniversary show when Kaz turned on Bullet Club and helped him win. Well deserved but could Adam Cole be on his way to NXT?

I made my feelings known about the "regime change" Impact show in the backyard wrestling/Impact superthread... because I felt it belonged in there. They kinda need to pump the brakes on the "EVERYTHING IS DIFFERENT NOW" vibe, partially because TNA did that so many times already (much like doing the world altering surpise announcement that was almost always a disappointment until the next one next week), and partially because the bad was way over the top bad.

However, I will continue to sing the praises of Cody (Rhodes) anywhere I can. And how he can still work in the name (like not saying it into a mic, referring to his wife, the cowbell, etc.) Classic old-school WRESTLING shit. Is he in a feud in every fed he's in? Does he have a different tshirt in every fed, too?

Bucks/Hardys ladder match should be good.

Is there an Iconic tag team the Hardys haven't faced? Would like to see them have a short feud against New Day for promo purposes.

Really glad to see Christopher Daniels as ROH World Champion (of the World) but a summer of Dalton Castle as champion could be entertaining. Plus the guy can flat out wrestle.

Hardys vs Young Bucks should be a good match but with the Hardy WWE rumors the result seems pretty obvious.

I'm thinking Bully Ray is going to turn on the Briscoes and join Bullet Club. Could be wrong though, just a feeling.

Cody and Lethal in a bull rope match also should be good. Cody's everywhere these days.

Supercard of Honor is looking like it will be a pretty good show. I think I seen that Marty Scurl will face Adam Cole as well. Been impressed with The Villian for what I've seen of him.
