Gifted - 7/10

Wanted to see Fast and Furious tonight but was 10 minutes late to the theater so I checked this one out. I really really liked the movie but it definitely has flaws. Chris Evans is really good in it. Didn't really have any expectations for it since I really didn't know what it was about at all, but it was a tearjerker for sure

Seanny One Ball 05-02-2017 01:44 PM

Blah Blah Bland

Split - 5/10

Enjoyable
SPOILER: show
That ending though

10 Cloverfield Ln - 7/10
the movie was great. john goodman was great. the 2 other actors were great. The ending was kinda meh. But the build was great.

road doggy dogg 05-03-2017 09:24 AM

I really liked that one. I thought the ending felt 'tacked on' as well. I get that it's part of that "universe" or w/e but I thought the movie would've been stronger without that part.

Seanny One Ball 05-05-2017 02:28 PM

It was a completely independent script that was bought by the Cloverfield franchise and had the shitty ending added.

It's not a great film anyway. It reminded me of that dreadful movie "The Divide" with Michael Biehn.

slik 05-05-2017 11:12 PM

Split is probably the best M Night Shyamalan film since Signs.

It is insanely good. 9/10

Seanny One Ball 05-06-2017 08:49 AM

Signs was horrendous.

Really was

GD 05-06-2017 05:40 PM

It was "different".

Seanny One Ball 05-07-2017 12:22 PM

It's probably the only truly bad film I have ever seen Mel Gibson in.

GD 05-07-2017 12:39 PM

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 - 7/10

A lot of fun.

Passion of the Christ?

Seanny One Ball 05-07-2017 12:46 PM

He's not actually in it though.

Destor 05-07-2017 05:13 PM

Guardians 2: 8/10

Just a really great time

i am honestly surprised he did not cast himself as one of the romans beating up on a jew.

Destor 05-12-2017 06:48 PM

Not a movie but still:

Downton Abby: 10/10

Sad its over.

Sixx 05-13-2017 01:03 AM

Hacksaw Bridge - 9/10.

Used to read about this guy a lot and now I find out there's a movie about him so I immediately downloaded.

Guardians of the Galaxy 2 - 9/10

Brilliant, just did everything I expected and never missed a beat doing it. Michael Rooker was excellent and Batista looked like a genuine star.

Droford 05-14-2017 01:28 PM

Alien 6/10 over rated hasn't aged well and for crying out loud why the fuck did they have a stupid cat on board

I just bought the 4 disc set for $10 and already regretting it

Frank Drebin 05-14-2017 05:53 PM

I'll alert Hollywood that droford does not want cats in movies.

Frank Drebin 05-14-2017 05:53 PM

Alien and Aliens are fucking classics.

Frank Drebin 05-14-2017 06:22 PM

I'm just glad they put a stupid cat in danger and not a nice little doggie.

Seanny One Ball 05-16-2017 04:07 PM

I rewatched Alien and Aliens recently and the first one blew my mind all over again. The bit where Ash goes mental/malfunctions is mental. The third one was pure ass but killing off the kid and Michael Biehn immediately was probably the main cause of that.

Lock Jaw 05-16-2017 05:39 PM

Power Rangers 3/10

Suicide Squad - uuuh, 4-5/10?

This was not a comic book movie. This was a Will Smith movie. His fucking speeches and stupid oneliners. Does he have a "I need to say the movie title" clause in his contract?

And fuck's sake, they all became friends, or even according to El Diablo "family". I like cheesy, but that was just cringeworthy.

I liked Harley Quinn, though. Especially her ass.

Destor 05-16-2017 08:20 PM

The "family" bit so was forced

Destor 05-16-2017 08:20 PM

Well all the character progressions were

GD 05-17-2017 10:07 PM

Fifty Shades Darker - 1/10

Damian Rey 2.0 05-18-2017 01:16 AM

Guardians of the Galaxy vol 2-8/10

About as enjoyable as the first one. Liked how they handled Ego. Loved the character progressions from Yandu, Peter and Rocket.

Found it to be a blast.

Destor 05-20-2017 01:59 AM

13 Reasons Why: 10/10

Really good story telling. Not a film obviously.

GD 05-20-2017 03:23 AM

Alien: Convenant - 6/10

Michael Fassbender was adorable in this film.

Sixx 05-20-2017 06:30 AM

Rogue One - 8/10

Not a Star Wars fan, not a fan of sci-fi in general, but this was actually really good.
