According to an internal memo, Activision is merging Neversoft into Infinity Ward to create a single "super" studio with the official reason related to the Call of Duty series.

Neversoft's boss and lead director have both retired as part of the merger process. Activision's executive VP of worldwide studios will become the new boss while Infinity Ward's boss will still have a leadership role for this newly merged studio.

3) Sony revealed some new details for the Playstation Plus Edition of DriveClub with some good and bad news. The good news being the PS+ Edition will have access to all game modes and is around $10 cheaper to purchase all the game's content than buying the full game.
