Jumped on just now and got an update. Assuming it's the "fixes". We'll see.

Played for an hour and didn't come across any glitchers that I could see.

First match buddy was calling in airsupport none stop. He finished with a 35-2-2 record. Sometime seems wrong to me.

could have had his air support setup, and emergency air drop.. died twice so enough to reset his killstreaks

Haven't come across a single glitch or 'suspicious' conduct since the patch. Pretty happy with it. Tore it up for a little bit.. went 56 and 30 in a highrise game. Was pretty nuts.

Less then 24 hours since the patch came out and people have already found a new way to do the care package glitch. They really don't have a fucking clue and now it will be another fucking month before another patch gets put out. :mad:

ive been accused of glitching before, which is irritating. Truthfully, if you get a care package, die, and get another care package, that gives you two packages...i did that the other day, not realizing i never used the care package i got from my first 4 kill run.

Did some googling, and found out that FA is right. Didn't find out how they're doing it, but apparently this other method of care package glitching appeared JUST as the first was patched, and wasn't really known about. People on PS3 have been doing it as well since the patch. Still isn't very 'known', which is why there aren't a ton of people doing it.
Have still yet to run into anyone doing it though. |

Huh? They didn't fix it though. And the patch was delayed because it had to go through Microsoft's authentication process, as all patches have to do on 360.

If people wanna go out of their way to break a game and fuck with people's online experience than after a while... you have to look at the culture rather than the dev team.

It's not as bad as the Wii version of Modern Warfare. After seeing this I jumped on the game and it was so fucking fun. It's another hack that if it happenes, everyone would get it

Its mostly on Valve's part though. Smaller company with so much to manage. They promised us the update for TF2 but L4D caught fire. Then L4D2. TF2 is getting left in the dust.

Damn there is some glitch on Derail that lets you go behind one of the barrier things at the end of the map. Some circle jerking clan was doing it so my whole team would run to the guy who was outside the map and try to shoot him even though they couldn't and then their whole team would run and ambush them.

Got the Magnum Tac Knife I was on about a couple of days ago, pretty easy to get the kills with Akimbo Magnums. Tac Knife is fun but not as ridiculous as I'd hoped. I stabbed this guy 3 times in a row earlier, knifed him when he was sniping in one of the shacks in Rundown with two floors, then he came straight back to get me but I knew he was coming because the dickhead had Scrambler on. Waiting by the door and knifed him. Went downstairs, sure enough my radar starts fuzzing up again. So I wait, hear him lob a grenade and run up the stairs, chased him up and Tac Knifed him again. Good fun. |

So I was going through the audio files trying to pick out all the "RAMIREZ!" audio files and found the MP sound folder. So... There's audio files here for something called "Defcon" (Audio says "Defcon Team Deathmatch" for example), a new gametype called "Arms Race", and Team Deathmatch Pro, Free For All Pro, Search and Destroy Pro and Sabotage Pro. There's also voices for Team Tactical, and no, it's not 3rd person either. If anybody requests it, I can upload the audio files to youtube. I also found the weapons folder and found the G3, G36, R700, M40, M240, SA80, AW50, a power drill, MP5, MP9, and the MP44. I can provide pictures for these as well if requested. (PC Files FYI) Edit: Also found gametypes listed as "Die Hard". |

Nice little kill last night.
down 5300-5100 with about 10 seconds left in Afghan. run into the cave look across and see someone in the bunker across. Take out Sniper rifle and hope and pray that someone is getting ready to kill someone else. Take shot, kill guy, game ends, we win 5400-5300. I'm like sweet. Kill cam comes up and my sniper bullet went through 3 heads to win the game. :love: |
Not gonna lie. Had a ton of fun with RoXer as the riot shield distraction, and myself with the USP .45 in hardcore. People start shooting at him.. and then just POP POP with the pistol and they're dead.

And when he dies you pick up his shield alter your approach until he returns. Feels good having a guy playing a 'role'.

Also, I made a 'scout' sniper class for hardcore. Using the acog on the intervention right now, and it is pretty rape. Sleight of hand pro and cold blooded. Have yet to go consistently positive cause I prefer moving around and using it as a MID to long range class, instead of primarily long range.

I use them occasionally on Wasteland and Skidrow to pin down enemies in a room while my team flanks tehm.

Next time there's a grip of us online, we have to do a private match of throwing knives. Maybe riot sheilds on our back with scrambler, scavenger, and hardline.
