TJP vs. Josh Alexander for the X-Division belt was very good.
Maybe the best start to an Impact show since I started watching Impact again a couple months ago. |
davari is jacked wonder when he is going back to the wwe.
4-way match was pretty good.
With the way Impact has been pushing Trey Miguel since his return, wouldn't be surprised if he's the one to take the X-Division belt off of TJP. |
Poor Brian Myers, Eddie Edwards won't stop attacking his injured eye every chance he gets.
 at Tony Khan during this week's AEW paid ad segment.
The evolution of his big egotistic delusional owner persona has been great in Impact. |
Watching. Didn’t TNA used to have a different double mohawked team at some point
Reno Scum vs. FinJuice was pretty good although David Finlay's new porn mustache is a bit goofy looking.
Good Bros vs. FinJuice should be good when it happens based on this post-match stuff. |
Quote:
Ink Inc. which was Jesse Neal and Shannon Moore. I remember Moore wearing a mohawk back in the day but barely remember anything about the other guy. |
Going to assume Sammy Guevara was originally meant to debut during tonight's episode to set up his 6-man tag match next week since that match with Black Taurus on the heel side doesn't really make sense as is.
Why is tommy dreamer wrestling matches in 2021 still a thing?

It needs to stop.
Old School Rules match was decent at best.
This week's show was mostly fine overall. A few good to great matches and a couple funny comedic segments with the rest being skippable. They should have had FinJuice's debut match and post-match stuff be the main event tonight instead of the Old School Rules match since it was a lot more entertaining. |
swinger has some ugly ring girls
Jake Something's new theme sounds way too generic.
Ouch at Jake running face first onto the edge of the table.
 at Scott D'Amore swerving Moose's demand for an Impact title match tonight by reactivating his TNA title instead for his title match tonight.
Guess the rumor of a TNA champ vs. Impact champ match at the next PPV with the winner to face Omega afterwards is true. |
that would be the belt for omega to take the tna belt.
Ouch at Willie Mack's neck from that flipping neck breaker by Ace Austin.
Bit surprised Chris Bey, Ace Austin, & Black Taurus team's won. Guess Trey Miguel's big push is on hold until his feud with Sami Callihan is over first. |
are decay heels now like to see them have the x belt
the whole aew crew is in the ad
 at Tony Khan.
The two Tonys brought some friends for this week's AEW paid ad segment. |
This AEW-Impact partnership even benefits lawyers since MJW's lawyer now works for Brian Myers.
 at Scott D'Amore referencing how bad Myers' lawyer was in the past and him not reading the fine print again in a contract.
Also  at D'Amore throwing a bit of shade at WWE over the absurd wrestling logic of an "eye vs. eye" match. |
Susan & Kimber Lee vs. Jordynne Grace & Jazz was pretty good.
Grace & Jazz vs. Fire N'Flava for the Knockouts Tag belts should be good when it happens. The card for next week's show looks nice. |
TNA title match was a pretty good and way better than last week's main event.
Guess no Moose vs. Swann title unification match at Sacrifice and instead only Swann's belt is on the line at the event. This week's show was fun overall. |
poor james storm is on the pre show match tonight.
Black Taurus vs. Ace Austin vs. Chris Bey was pretty good overall.
twitch is crap tonight may have to watch on axis
Yeah had some issues watching the show on Twitch after the opening Triple Threat match but its been mostly okay since then.
That Sami Callihan segment dragged on way too long. |
 at the Swinger's Palace sign randomly falling down in the background during Swinger's speech.
This Violent By Design stuff with Eric Young is what his character and Sanity should have been in WWE when they got called up to the main roster.
Tony Khan finally being nice to Impact for once with this new AEW paid ad.

Women's triple threat match was very good.
This week's show was mostly average overall. Two good matches and a couple of good segments while the rest was mostly skippable or forgettable. |
fire and flave start the night thats good
Missed the first 30 minutes or so of tonight's show but this Violent By Design segment was pretty good.
 at Scott D'Amore suggestion that killing someone during a match would be legal in a Hold Harmless match.
packed crowd what is sammi smoking
Sami Callihan suddenly has Broken Hardy and Fiend-like powers since he can apparently teleport now.
poor kingston
That might have been the first contract signing segment in wrestling to end via the signees trying to get drunk ... nevermind FinJuice & Good Bros brawled right after.
Ace Austin vs. Chris Bey was very good but don't understand why Impact booked Ace to lose the match considering he's challenging for the X-division belt at Sacrifice this weekend.
Makes Ace look a bit weaker than he should be going into that match. |
the many faces of su yung
uh oh poured out odb's booze
Took a while but the rumor of a title unification match between the TNA and Impact belts and winner takes on Omega ended up being true after all.
Based on what I was able to watch tonight, this week's show was fine overall.
That TNA/Impact title vs. AEW title match in the future is very interesting. Moose vs. Omega would be a way more interesting matchup but would be a bad idea to end a Moose reign that early nor have Omega lose a title shot with his belt collector storyline going on. Swann vs. Omega wouldn't have that problem since Swann's reign has gone on long enough where you could drop it without any issue and build up Moose to eventually bring back the TNA/Impact belt to the company. |
the thing with moose is his contract is about up. i would like aew to pick him up, an he be a goon for a heel tony khan. i just hope wwe don't pick him up.
Ummm....holy fuck!!!!

Latter half of Impact's Sacrifice show was very good.
Kenny Omega's challenger for the AEW title vs. TNA/Impact title winner takes all match at Impact's next event: SPOILER: show |
Oh that’s a bummer. Would’ve preferred Moose and Omega
Rich Homie Swann is good but he’s not a threat
Quote:
Moose losing the Undisputed Impact month a little over a month later would have been a big waste of a reign while Omega losing his first big title match shot would have deflated his belt collector storyline. At least now, Impact can build up Moose to be the guy who takes the belt off of Omega in the future and give him a proper reign as champ assuming he signs a new deal. |
yeah i want to see what happens to moose, he should stay with impact and maybe work japan and aew with the door now open. he can chase kenny other places.
so rhino is brainwashed now that should be fun. an finjuice have the tag belts, do they take them to new japan?
black taurus is an upgrade on abyss in decay, watching there videos is just wild.
No FinJuice until April makes sense since Finaly wouldn't have been available for this week's set of tapings because he's still active in NJPW's New Japan Cup tournament.
so they will defend the tag belts in japan
 at that little dig at ECW by Scott D'Amore
build a bridge with a company that hates us
good to see heel rhino
Whenever someone references Jake Something's name, it sort of sounds like as if they keep forgetting what his actual last name is.
 at Don Callis' puffy hair back in the day in TNA during this "Wildest Moments" video.

Man how much could Impact and AEW’s women benefit from having Tessa Blanchard
There is no star quality there at all except for Thunder Rosa who is unsigned |
Don't think Impact would want Tessa back after the shenanigans she pulled plus her past controversial stuff involving racial slurs resurfacing.
AEW already has Ivelisse who is like a mini-Tessa in terms of how much of a bad rep she has in the indies and being a pain to work with. at this wedding-like music for Callis' entrance. |
69 me don
12-women tag match was pretty good although probably could have been a few minutes shorter.
Didn't really need to do the rapid fire spot where one person attacks another and then gets attacked themselves and it keeps going until everyone got involved twice during that match, especially since the routine looked worse the second time around. |
main event match is early
another hebner screw job
Trey Miguel vs. Sami Callihan was all right but would have been way better if it was half the length instead. Went way too long and was mostly sluggish in action.
This week's show was entertaining overall. Callis' promo to Swann was the best thing about tonight's show. |
since don brought up swans wife, rich with su yung, or suzzy susan or all 3. he is maried to the undead bride kenny does not scare him.
starts with don and kenny
damn james storm had a 1000 matches for tna impact
i would like to see decay vs good bros
 at this Swinger's Palace ad segment.
Johnny Swinger and Moose have been the two guys I've enjoyed watching the most on Impact these past few months. |
X-Division title match was pretty good despite the lame DQ finish.
Wonder if Ryder saying he's signed with Impact was a slip up by him since he still wasn't signed to an actual deal with them going into last week's set of tapings.
 at Dreamer booking an exploding ring match for Impact's Mania week PPV and the digs at AEW for their dud at Revolution.
exploding barbwire match yeah that worked out well last time.

Tony Khan's messy hair during this AEW ad segment reminds me that I need to get a haircut this week since its been too many months since my last cut and its getting just as curly and messy looking as his.
 at zoom in on Omega's goofy looking shoes. |
:y: at Omega with the M. Bison "But for me, it was Tuesday" line.
Callis & Omega's promo segment was nice. |
Violent By Design really is what Sanity should have been in WWE after their time in NXT.
Watching this Drew Galloway Impact debut clip during the commercial break and think Impact might have accidentally given Drew a real steel pipe to use against Samoa Joe's group.
No way would a fake pipe cause a bloody result without a blade job done which Low Ki didn't do. Drew also didn't hold back at all on that swing to Low Ki which would make it even more crazy if that really was a legit steel pipe. |
that's a good 1000 th match
Karl Anderson vs. Eddie Edwards was pretty good but can't say the same for FinJuice's post-match video promo.
This week's show was mostly entertaining overall. |
No Bad Bunny on this show
Impact is officially moving to Thursdays starting early next month.
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">IMPACT Wrestling announces its flagship show is moving to Thursdays beginning April 8 at 8 pm ET <br><br>That night's episode will feature Kenny Omega & The Good Brothers vs. Rich Swann, Eddie Edwards & Willie Mack</p>— John Pollock (@iamjohnpollock) <a href="https://twitter.com/iamjohnpollock/status/1375172299515650058?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">March 25, 2021</a></blockquote> <script async src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script> |
i so hope they do ads on aews wed show, let dreamer cut on them.
Might be a bit tricky since Impact doesn't tape weekly but it would help make the two shows feel a bit more connected.
Maybe wait till after Omega takes the belt off of Swann to start Impact's ads on Dynamite and Dreamer in a Tony Khan-like role for them. That's when this AEW vs. Impact storyline is going to really get heated up. |
walker is back, amw reunion
good they show the tag belts defended in japan.
Tony Khan probably should cut back on the coffee since he sounded like he was in the midst of a huge buzz during that AEW paid ad segment.
 Callis making fun of Swinger's Palace.
 Callis trolling Willie Mack and Rich Swann.
"Kenny likes your finishing move. Kenny can't wait to kick out of it" |
