Kinda like an amped up Bo Dallas "heel who thinks he's a face" thing but with self-awareness that just makes everything he says and does smarmy.

The fact that Johnny B. Badd is drawn in such a way that he resembles a drag queen who forgot to put on his outfit, or the fact the dude next to the curtain is totally checking out his ass.
