The word at Raw is that Rey Mysterio has been diagnosed with a torn ACL and is scheduled to undergo surgery later this week. He's expected to be out at least six months, according to one source within the company.

Mysterio injured his knee during a house show match with Alberto Del Rio several weeks back. He was booked into an injury angle with Miz and then booked into a six man tag at Summerslam in order to mask the injury and allow him to work around it while waiting for MRI results. Mysterio lost to Del Rio in his hometown of San Diego on last week's Raw.

Just a reminder- Andre The Giant is no longer able to do any work in the ring.

And yet his knees are still more stable than Kevin Nash's and Rey's combined.
