NFL got trashed by the sheriff who was in charge of the Josh Brown domestic violence case.
NFL tried to claim they never had access to all the evidence available nor were aware of how serious the situation involving Brown and his wife was. Sheriff stated NFL half-assed their original investigation since there was more evidence available the NFL refused to use. Reports from the media revealed the NFL knew about Brown's domestic problems and even provided protection on at least one occasion to his wife from the abuse. |

Pats traded LB Jamie Collins to the Browns in return for a 3rd/4th Round draft pick.
3rd round if the pick is compensatory else its just a regular 4th round pick. Main reason for the trade is money and Pats not wanting to give him Von Miller type money he is demanding for a new deal. |
