Bad News Gertner 03-31-2018 03:31 AM

I stopped listening to 6:05 a while ago. Brian Last has become extremely obnoxious.

Bad News Gertner 03-31-2018 03:32 AM

Who was mistakenly awarded the WWF World Title in 1981 by a dazed ref

I don't listen to Cornette's podcast every week, but I love me some Brian. Sometimes he even goes more extreme with things than Cornette does, haha.

Bad News Gertner 03-31-2018 03:36 AM

He's the reason we have no more Kenny Bolin on the Experience.

Mr. Nerfect 03-31-2018 03:38 AM

Wait, what? Did I miss something? What happened?

Bad News Gertner 03-31-2018 03:40 AM

Brian Last decided to bring Kenny's podcast to his podcast empire or whatever you want to call it. It was a train wreck so Brian dropped the show after two episodes. They had a falling out and Kenny took his podcast to Russo"s network or whatever

SlickyTrickyDamon 03-31-2018 03:41 AM

Brian gave Kenny a chance of a new podcast. Had two decent episodes but then it went off the rails.

Chris (Kenny's son) and his wife shit on Cornette and were jerking off Russo off for about an hour.

Brian canceled the show as it wasn't what he expected it to be and Kenny didn't like it. So, he got hot and insulted Brian on Facebook video. So, he's banned.

The show was decent when it was about Kenny being Kenny and about his wrestling time being a bullshitter. His son and daughter in law need to be lobotomized.

Mr. Nerfect 03-31-2018 03:43 AM

I legit didn't know if Bolin had his own podcast or whether it was a joke, and I never bothered to check. I actually really enjoyed Bolin in small doses, but I'm not sure if he's host material, you know?

SlickyTrickyDamon 03-31-2018 03:44 AM

He's not. It might still be up on Arcadian Vanguard's Itune channel but if I was TGBL I'd have deleted it and burned every copy.

Howard Finkle?

Mr. Nerfect 03-31-2018 03:46 AM

I mean, I love Cornette and hate Russo, so I'm biased against Kenny's camp in this case anyway, but it kind of sounds like his fault for biting the hand that feeds him. I thought Cornette knew Chris and was friends with the family and such?

SlickyTrickyDamon 03-31-2018 03:48 AM

Kenny and Corny were best friends since high school days. Fuck Vince Russo. He's firrrrrrrrrrrrrred.

SlickyTrickyDamon 03-31-2018 03:49 AM

I don't like Ryan Satin but he's now my favorite wrestling journalist not named Meltzer, Keller or Bixenspam.

Shisen Kopf 03-31-2018 03:52 AM

Met him last year, Greg Valentine

Bad News Gertner 03-31-2018 03:58 AM

The title was later held up. Their rematch was fucking amazing.

Bad News Gertner 04-01-2018 10:19 AM

Here's a tough one

Who is the only wrestler to challenge Pedro Morales, Bruno Sammartino, Bob Backlund and Hulk Hogan for the WWWF/WWF World Title?

Shisen Kopf 04-01-2018 10:21 AM

Iron Sheik?

That would be my guess. Trying to think of heel's that could span that timeline I think that would be the one. But I can't think of Sheik vs Pedro matches, but then again I have never sought out Pedro footage.

Bad News Gertner 04-01-2018 10:33 AM

Nope, not Sheiky baby

Lol you're better off not seeking out Morales footage. He was terrible.

SlickyTrickyDamon 04-01-2018 04:22 PM

Triple H Vs. Kane No Mercy 2002.

SlickyTrickyDamon 04-01-2018 04:32 PM

I think you're alluding to the WWE Title being the subject of the cash-in, given that the Money in the Bank was originally designed for the World Heavyweight Title, but it was the centerpiece of the Raw brand, so I don't know if it's really a "technical error."

XL 04-02-2018 06:56 PM

Yeah I figured it’d be some bull like that.

I'm pretty sure the main event of that PPV was Austin & HHH vs. Undertaker & Kane.
