I don’t believe the Vince wants to come back story. I do believe the Vince is facing allegations of sexual misconduct story.

Showing pictures of someone with their boss doesn't really prove they're trying to "get close to the boss." Lots of people are in pictures with their bosses because they're together at work functions.

Complaining about someone getting close to their boss whilst hanging out with your boss outside of work, well that seems a bit hypocritical. It is almost like JR was trying to cleverly force a "FEDBAD" into the conversation for no reason.

Chilling at UFC is not a work event, otherwise where were all the other AEW employees? I have no problem.with an employee hanging out with their boss, but don't do it if you are going to complain about somebody else doing it.

I don’t think JR means it in a fedbad way. I think he feels personally slighted Laurinaitis. I wouldn’t be surprised to see JR returning to WWE when his deal is up. He’s just milking the money mark a little while longer.

If JR shmoozed better, he may get listened to more.

He hates John Laurinaitis. And it takes 3 minutes of research to learn why he hates him. But yeah, you really stuck it to JR, and ergo, AEW.

Even though Vince technically does have the ability to re-appoint himself as chairman since he's the majority shareholder, the majority shareholder has a fiduciary responsibility to the minority shareholders to act in "good faith and inherent fairness".

In other words, if he comes back and the stock promptly tanks amid the controversy, he's opening himself up to lawsuits from the minority shareholders. Majority shareholders can and have been successfully litigated by the minority when it was decided the majority didn't act in the best interest of the entire shareholding.

Can't really imagine anybody close to Vince actually telling him it would be a good idea to return.

Maybe it's just an ego thing and Vince wants to be responsible for killing his own creation. Wouldn't be the first time.

I have a feeling people who matter will do their damndest to keep him away. Wouldn't necessarily be shocked if he's back because wrestling, but I think there are too many smart people in that company right now who can outfox Vince.

A personal insult doesn't change the fact that Jim Ross has no concept of the pot and the kettle.

He is mad Big Johnny became better friends with Vince McMahon than he was. Instead of just saying that, he tried to justify his jealousy by mocking somebody who tries to befriend their boss, while he himself has done the same thing his entire career.

I can't wait until the Young Bucks call somebody out for doing too many superkicks, and you get angry at me for pointing out the hypocrisy.
