God tier thighs should not be hidden by fabric

Supreme Olajuwon 05-01-2022 05:45 PM

Looking at you Lashley

Supreme Olajuwon 05-01-2022 05:45 PM

Imagine Randy Orton in pants. Disgusting.

Ol Dirty Dastard 05-01-2022 06:22 PM

Yeah there’s no way he’s as over if he doesn’t have those thighs on display. How could Razor possibly harness the full power of his machismo that way?

I’m pretty sure it’s on the Network. Pretty surreal to see Hogan not only not in yellow or blue trunks, but actually wrestling someone else wearing yellow.

Hogan in white trunks was such a weird sight when I first saw him

So Benoit killed his family you say...

I’d seen him in the baby blue from early WWF days, but it’s just weird seeing him in much else. His black Japanese trunks with the inchiban symbol are odd too.

100.

The general rule was that you wore tights to hide your legs (Edge, HBK, Jericho). Hall did not have that issue.

Mr. Nerfect 05-02-2022 08:43 AM

I think Bobby Lashley is the exception. Switching to the longer gear somehow made him look more big time.

Lock Jaw 05-02-2022 09:19 AM

Probably because he was at the "I don't care about this guy at all" stage that most WWE rasslers get to, so switching up his look a bit helped for a revitalization.

Bad News Gertner 05-02-2022 09:40 AM

Dark Side of the Ring has been canceled.

#1-norm-fan 05-02-2022 09:41 AM

Can’t wait to hear the story on Dark Side of Dark Side of the Ring.

I heard they pissed off too many wrestlers/wrestling personalities (aka Jim Ross) with last season lol

Bad News Gertner 05-02-2022 10:50 AM

I'll never get my Chris Adams episode.

I’m sure I read the producers are working on something with WWE.

I think it's "The Great Works and Deeds of The McMahon Family and Associates" documentary at last! Yes indeed!

:n: I fucking loved that show. It was such a different perspective than most wrestling documentaries and podcasts. A lot of wrestling personalities (i.e. Jim Ross) took it too personally imo and saw it as "burying the business" but I disagree because it was made to look at the negative side and tragedies of wrestling.

Ol Dirty Dastard 05-02-2022 03:14 PM

From what I've seen, the problems did arise from the Plane Ride From Hell episode.

Yeah, I think it was the act of changing as opposed to what he got changed into.

Pretty much. Avoid the headache by putting the guys on the payroll.

Pfft everybody knows you can have a birthday every day of the year. Just ask Triple A :shifty:

Rammsteinmad 05-04-2022 02:32 PM

Having a casual browse on Wikipedia at premature wrestling deaths... crazy how I'm now older than a lot of guys were when they died.

Test was 33 when he died! Crash Holly was 32! They seemed so old and grown up to me back then. I'm now 35.

Just crazy looking at how young a lot of these guys really were, not only when they died, but when they were on TV.

ron the dial 05-04-2022 02:33 PM

test was 33? damn. i would have guessed at least 40. wild.

Bad News Gertner 05-04-2022 03:45 PM

Chris Candido had just turned 33. Same with Eddie Gilbert and Kerry Von Erich

drave 05-04-2022 03:46 PM

Kerry is the most bizarre one for me to think about. I know he started young but the guy seemed like he fit in all the makings of a full career before he died despite the fact that if he were alive today he’d be younger than Sting. It’s crazy to think how much he could have done and could still be doing if not for the Von Erich “curse”.
