May or may not have been the thing the Observer was teasing as their huge story for the week but apparently TNA is being sued by Eric Bischoff and his media company.

They were hired on a "pay or play" basis, and claim TNA owes them $101,500 in unpaid money for January 2015 through March 2015. Hervey and Eric Bischoff served as executive producers for TNA and were given a base fee of $426,800 per year, which was payable in monthly installments.

Garret was originally part of BHE's first agreement with TNA. He signed a separate talent agreement on October 24, 2012, and claims that TNA owes him $13,000.02 in unpaid compensation for October 2014 through March 2015. Garret's deal included monthly compensation of $2,166.67 on a "play or pay basis" and an additional $500 for paid performances. Garret's contract with TNA expired on March 31, 2015.

The lawsuit states that TNA made payments in a timely manner through September 2014. BHE attorneys notified TNA on November 4, 2014 of a breach in the terms of the agreement for October pay, and advised that the company had 20 days to rectify the situation. A second notice was issued twenty days later notifying TNA that they had failed to cure the breach. TNA eventually issued payment of $101,500 "on or before January 1, 2015," according to the lawsuit. However, BHE is seeking that same amount of unpaid money for the final three months of their contract, which expired on March 31, 2015.

I think they should have Owens beat Cena at Elimination Chamber. Have the match stopped ala Sami Zayn. Have Owens cut promos for a few weeks heading into Money in the Bank, where he basically says that Cena says he'll never give up, but his body pretty much did. Have Owens pin Cena at Money in the Bank to win the US Title and truly arrive on the scene.

Previously, Spike TV had requested to TNA that Vince Russo not be involved with a company. TNA opted to keep Russo on secretly anyway.

Really want to see Cesaro & Tyson Kidd vs. The Wyatt Family. That tag feud would be fucking immensely good. Harper and Cesaro, in the ring, are my two favorites right now. Kidd would bring this amazingly good little man dynamic to the feud. Cesaro powering around Harper off a hot tag? Yes please.

Move The New Day into a feud with teams like The Prime Time Players and The Lucha Dragons. I don't want to cut their reign short, but they are entertaining enough without the titles. The things Kofi Kingston could do with Kalisto? Fuck yeah.

So while doing a prolonged Cesaro & Kidd vs. Wyatt clash over the titles, you can have New Day work a quick program with The Prime Time Players, which they win, whilst Los Matadores and Lucha Dragons work some magic together. Then you move New Day and Lucha Dragons towards each other and eventually have The Lucha Dragons move on to Cesaro & Kidd.
