Big E should win the belt and drop it to Goldberg in Saudi Arabia
|
He should drop it to Eva Marie

Fucking hell, can’t they, just once, have the mitb announce his cash in at a huge ppv a la rvd and build a fucking story about it so there’s some interest. Has Big E done anything main event worthy since winning the briefcase?
|
He feuded with Baron Corbin

Knowing WWE's habits, there are 3 different ways this could likely go and all of them suck: 1) He cashes in but it doesn't count because Lashley pummels him before the match actually starts 2) Someone else attacks him on behalf of Lashley like the time he put up a bounty for McIntyre 3) He wins but its via DQ meaning they run the match back again but at Extreme Rules Big E really should be going after the Universal title and dethroning Reigns since that would be a bigger star making rub for him but nobody's beating Reigns for his belt until at least next year's Mania. |
There was a story with Lashley had they decided to have Big E call his shot after winning mitb. Avenge Kofi, reunite with his brothers on Raw and bring the belt back to the new day. Easy. Having him randomly cash in with zero hype is just dumb. It doesn’t create any momentum or anticipation.
|
He wouldn’t even have to win at Summer Slam. He could’ve just lost, have the story run that he’s not quite ready and gets sent back to SD before going on a tear and winning the Rumble where he chooses Lashley and finally defeats him.

According to Fightful, Big E's announcement of his cash-in for tonight's RAW might not have been WWE's decision and instead USA Network becoming a lot more hands-on with the plans for RAW & NXT this week.

Also has been reported while Trips is out of action a lot of production staff at NXT has been let go.

If it means no more of those segments where NXT Champion is in the ring and he has 4 guys challenge him that have the personality of Beige, I'm fine with this. It's half of what Knight stood out on the last one. He can actually talk.

There was a documentary in 2000 called "Inside Pro Wrestling" that was about UPW's training school. One of the major people featured was a young John Cena. Ended up being a first look at the next big star. I feel like this was the equivalent to that. A piece of a documentary about John Cena, that had a first look at several future WWE guys, including Leakee (whatever happened to him?) But it had a major feature of someone else... Kind of an appropriate thing to post tonight. |

The other was Ken Kennedy. And that fell apart because of him being linked to that doctor during the drug scandal. He was one of the more expendable talent, so he went from being introduced as Vince's illigitimate son AND calling his MITB shot to being pretty well swept under the carpet in short order no matter how over he was at the time. If they start to try to book a long term, pre-announced cash in straight, who knows what kind of shennanigans will ensue. Best case, the talent suffers an injury. Worst case, it ends up being a Velveteen Dream situation. |

People I think switch brands in the draft
To SD: Drew Orton Riddle Priest Alexa Bliss Asuka Omos Charlotte Lashley To RAW: Becky Bayley Sasha Nakamura Seth Rollins Finn Balor Baron Corbin Dolph Ziggler Liv Morgan Sami Zayn |
I know The Rock is long-rumored for WM and it'd make sense with Roman beating everyone (Cena, soon Brock) but if Dwayne's schedule changes
Roman vs Drew Seth vs Big E Brock vs Lashley Edge vs Balor Bianca vs Charlotte Omos winning Andre Battle Royal sounds about right imo |
They should have Rikishi come back and take the title off Roman, and then hand the title to the Rock.
He did it for the Rock again. |

Then have The Rock give the title to Foley because he did it for the Sock.
|
Football really did a number on RAW, 1.67 million but Big E's cash in was the most watched moment of the night at 1.84 million
