Baker is in my opinion the top female worker I know of right now, and yes I saw her match with Thunder Rosa it was awesome.

Bliss is undersized and incredibly athletic. While the dentist bimbo is grossly overrated. She has nothing to offer except for subpar character work.

And that match was disgustingly formulaic. Kicks out mean nothing anymore.

The question was about Liv Morgan though. Is she a good worker? Toni Storm level?

Storm is clearly superior to Liv.

But I have no hesitation saying that Liv would run circles around 90% of the women on the AEW roster.

If Liv had an inch of creative freedom that Baker has, she'd probably achieve much more considering all the knowledge she has accumulated from her time in WWE.

Baker's in ring work is passable, but that's not why she outshines the majority of the AEW roster. In my opinion i'd much rather watch a Britt promo than a Young Bucks tandem gymnastics "match" routine.

Yes, Liv is good in the ring.
No, Liv is not at Toni's level.
