Were you thinking of Rio, Destor? Because if you're thinking of someone more local, the more I think about it, the more I remember hearing something about a place they used to do that sort of thing and thinking "Hey, that's where Heath Slater is from -- I wonder how many phantom title changes he thinks he saw?" So I'm going to throw Pineville, West Virginia into the hat. Of course, the irony here is that I may have a phantom memory of that.

Ok, someone go with another! Another sleepless night ahead of me so what the hell, right?

Patterson used to wear a shirt in the attitude era that had "first IC champ" on the front and "Rio De Janeiro " on the back lol

Does anyone remember who handed Sheamus his first loss in the WWE?
|
Goldust?
|
They had a few matches, dunno if he ever lost one, though.
|
Yep, it was Goldust.
|
Woooooooooo, finally
|
If you want another one, Sixx -- Sheamus & Cesaro are currently the Raw Tag Team Champions, but each has ended the full-time career of wrestlers in the past. Can you name which wrestlers have had been put on the shelf by either Sheamus and/or Cesaro?
|
Name all the participants of the 6-man Hell in a Cell match and the PPV it was on.

Shoot or kayfabe?

I just mean that guy's first name was gay as fuck. I'll go through some boyband rosters and see if it lights a bulb in my head. |
Jamie Noble

Powerbombed him outside the ring. Fucking sick as hell bump.

Who was the last WCW Hardcore Champion
|
Terry Funk?

Nope

One of Nasty Boys? Don't remember which one was there back then.
|
Nope.
|
Gonna throw out another one.
At Extreme Rules 2009, Batista defeated Randy Orton for the linear WWE Heavyweight Championship. What was the significance of this title change. |
Dunno, but he forfeited the title cause he got legit injured.

Meng was the last champ. Cesaro ended Regals. Jamie By God Noble was right obvs.

Who was the first ever WWF wrestler to win a title in a Cage Match

Jamie Noble and William Regal are correct for the Sheamus/Cesaro question. Also, Sheamus did end Triple H's full-time career, but I'm not sure if people really think about that much.

Wonder why they decided to make a belt for the fattest guy that's ever won it.

They made it for Mable but I don't think he ever wore it

What was the minor technical fuck up at the start of the Survivor Series 1987 tag team elimination match?
The major fuck up is that no ringside camera could see inside the ring. |

Lol I honestly don't know who that is.

I think Tyler Bate was referenced as the youngest ever singles champ on this week’s NXT. Duprée does have beat by about 3-4 months I think.

Who was the only nWo member in the WWF incarnation to receive an opportunity to win a title shot while as a member of the stable? |
Scott Hall?
They kind of worded it wrong, but there was two matchups. Scott Hall v. Steve Austin, and Rob Van Dam v. The Undertaker. They really only talked about if Undertaker and Austin won, but you would of had to figure if RVD or Hall won, they would of had a chance. Granted Taker and Austin won there matches, and then Taker went on to defeat Austin before taking the title from Hogan. If this is what you're talking about. It was basically two weeks after the Brand Split started in 2002. Also I believe this was Hall's last televised match in WWE. |
Didn't remember that, but I will award you the W
I was thinking of X-pac in the 2002 KOTR tourney where the winner would get a WWF title shot. |
Which Wrestlemania had the fewest title matches?
|
#1?
|
4?
|
Nope to both
|
Must be 12. I cant think of the IC title being defended. Obviously you have the Iron Man Match and a Tag title match. I didnt watch this show live and my memory is fuzzy on it
|
That's right! Only the Bret vs Shawn match was for a title on the actual show.
