Yeah the casting seems to point to the more mainstream Psylocke rather than go through the origin. I wouldn't be surprised if they skip that aspect altogether.

Well he always seemed like a try-hard, really. I don't recall any standout relationships with women or being really successful. I'd say he's the safest guy to turn gay from the original team since you can easily retcon his skirt chasing as rejection of his own sexuality.

I download all the Marvel books each Wednesday and truth be told I don't even bother with any of the X-Men books anymore (except for Cyclops and Magneto if they count). There's this stupid book you mentioned, there's also one with all-female X-Men and a third one I don't even seem to remember.

Original Sin was only okay, Infinite was shit, Fear Itself was shit.

Multiple timestreams, multiple universes, fuck knows what that shit is about.

I mean, I know they're leading to universes colliding and destroying eachother leaving only that silly battlefield for Secret Wars, but the current books are just awful.

I have been saying this for a while, but there have been way, way, way, way, way, too many alternate universe/time travel stories in the last 10 years. Feels like there is always one of those stories going on at any given time.

Days of Future Past and Age of Apocalypse felt special, because those types of stories weren't as frequent. House of M was the last one that felt special before the floodgates opened.

Right now I would rather pick up IDW titles then anything Marvel or DC puts out, aside from maybe Star Wars because at least they don't screw up licensed characters to much.

Daniel Brühl has officially confirmed that he will appear as the villain Baron Zemo in Captain America: Civil War.

Chris Evans has also revealed that after Civil War he has little under a year of downtime before shooting the Infinity War movies back to back, making him rightfully the first confirmed Avenger in the epic.

Should be interesting seeing who's gonna be in the movies. Can't have literally everybody and you'll need a set cast. I'm hoping for a mix of Avengers, Guardians, Agents of Shield, and Hell's Kitchen representatives.

I'm glad Evans reconsidered starring in future movies. Didn't really like the idea of him leaving after Civil War. Didn't like Bucky as Cap in the comics.

Fuck it! I want everyone in that movie! Avengers, Guardians, Shield, Marvel Knights, and hopefully by then Spider-Man and if they can arrange some sort of deal to get the X-Men etc. Everyone vs. Thanos.

Well there's a rumor that Spidey's movie will be subtitled "The New Avenger". Aside from the allusions to New Avengers where he first joined the team, that becoming the title would possibly add him to the mix.
