If you want to be a star in wrestling, or whatever resembles wrestling today, then you still need that WWE machine. You don't have to like it, but you've got to admit it is true.

AEW is watched by less than 1 million people. They also pay their talent out the ass. Jericho, JR and Matt Hardy have all said their deals with AEW are bigger than with the WWE. Edge was offered $3 million. Randy Orton was able to use an AEW offer to springboard to a higher tier with Vince. They're paying a 61 year old Sting. As if CJ Perry couldn't get a big offer to go there and be Miro's valet. She probably has her eyes set on being an actor or something, and wants that WWE platform, which is undoubtedly bigger and, yes, more prestigious.

You backed a bad horse, Cripz. You wanted AEW to be good. I get that. But you got Chris Jericho selling for guys with the exact same frame as David Arquette and getting slimed Nickelodeon style with orange juice and musical numbers.

According to Post Wrestling, WWE's current plans for NXT India resemble something similar to what they did for NXT UK at the start.

Right now, they only have plans to tape a tournament while the launch of an official series would happen at a much later date.

Also might not be a weekly series in the end since WWE still hasn't completely finalized their plans for the brand.

Assuming the map is accurate, why the lack of any territories for a big chunk of the western part of the US?

People would run shows in those states but not under the NWA banner. Thesz for example wrestled some shows in Nevada.

Bert Prentice was known for starting promotions in those areas.

There were also attempts to run those areas under the NWA banner like Montana but they quickly fizzled out.

That's very interesting.

Wyoming is the one state that sticks out the most from that group of non-territory states. It acts as a buffer between AWA and Stampede Wrestling but didn't completely stop AWA from continuing growing westward since they went via the Colorado route instead.

Yeah the AWA ran Wyoming a lot in the 70s. Especially Cheyenne

Another state that isn't lit up on the map was Idaho.

Recently deceased Dean Silverstone used to run shows in that area as well as Washington (Seattle area) under the name "Superstar Championship Wrestling".
