I see no way this doesn't get postponed.

Honestly all the indy promotions that book Mania weekend are going to suffer a lot more than WWE does. Some of them operate at a loss most of the year and stay afloat by making a killing during Mania weekend.

Based on recent reports, Tampa city officials are currently expected to inform WWE tomorrow that they can't hold WrestleMania 36 in the city.

I don't understand why people are obsessed with WrestleMania in a stadium - just because they visually want it to be a big show in stadium with lots of pyro/fireworks.

Just put it in the Performance Center, it will be the most unique Mania ever. It's not like WWE won't ever have another stadium show again.

WWE's rush to file a bunch of ECW and WCW trademarks a while ago sort of backfired on them. Only 4 passed the initial approval stage while the rest got hit with an initial rejection because of issues with the filings.

That's not really backfiring. If they decide they really want the trademarks, they will just run shows with those names, and if they don't get them they don't get them.

They'll probably just get McDevitt to wave a magic wand or something. An "identification of services amendment" just sounds like WWE needs to clarify what they plan to use it for. They probably just need to fill out more paperwork and clarify it's because they've got them on the Network and they still market the Network.
