Can probably get away without having a Cruiserweight division but would hope more that the WWE learned a lot from the botched Sin Cara experiment to benefit Kalisto's run.

To be fair, Rey also befitted a lot by not having any of the Invasion stink on him and being an established star when he arrived in the WWE. Made the WWE's work a lot easier from the start.

Can see the WWE doing a soft or implied brand split than an actual one if it happens in the near future.

A Divas tournament probably wouldn't be a bad idea, as long as they got someone who gave a shit about the Divas Division to book it. Have a new girl in each bracket (maybe Charlotte and Sasha Banks?) and then have the other six spots filled out by Brie Bella, Paige, Natalya, Naomi, Layla and Summer Rae. Have some fucking stories come out of it.

Going to be another AJ Styles case where the WWE isn't interested because of his age and money factors. Would have to take a really lowball offer for the WWE to have some decent interest.

More likely becomes like the Young Bucks where he can make more money outside of the WWE.

I could see Joe going to New Japan and working with GFW or working with EVOLVE/Dragon Gate or ROH again too, don't get me wrong. AJ Styles didn't really pursue a job with Vince, but that could be a personal pride thing too.

AJ Styles vs. Christopher Daniels vs. Samoa Joe is again a possibility. If I were Jeff Jarrett, I'd be looking to book that for my start up GFW show.

My thoughts:

I'm glad that Kalisto is getting called up. He's never had too much entanglement in NXT stories, despite getting a title run, and I feel like he's about as ready to plug into the role they want him to as he's going to get. Their run with the NXT Tag Team Titles has come to an end, and it's time for them to do their plucky babyface shtick on the main roster.

Don't jam Kalisto down our throats as a major player out the gate. He's an incredible athlete trying to find his feet on the world stage. When Rey Mysterio debuted he got featured, sure, but he did his fair share of Velocity work as well. Let eyes go to him organically, and when he is ready to get a solo spotlight, have a bad guy take out Sin Cara and have Kalisto take up arms for his first singles feud.

It'd make sense to put them against The Ascension eventually, but I think The Prime Time Players are first in-line there. The Lucha Dragons can have a respectful feud with Los Matadores, which becomes frustrating for Diego y Fernando when they can't get one over the new team on the scene, and they turn heel to intensify things. See if bad bullfighters can get over better than good ones.

I don't know why they keep getting rid of Tom Phillips. Dude was pretty vanilla, but he was a solid commentator--which I guess is probably why they got rid of him. I'd rather have vanilla than obnoxious as shit like most of what we have now. Byron Saxton on Smackdown was a definite downgrade.

Goldust vs Stardust was announced yesterday for the event which makes it 6 matches. The Triple H and Sting confrontation is likely going to be worth a match in time so that's 7 things set.

If the WWE wants the usual 8 matches/segments, an impromptu match between Cena's Friends and the Authority would make sense. Either as a single match or tag match.

Jim Ross on one of his recent articles also believed Lesnar was staying with the WWE due to recent UFC changes and UFC likely seeing Punk as the bigger attraction at least for 2015.

Dirtsheets for a while were hinting UFC likely wasn't going to offer anything close to what Bellator could offer or what the WWE currently pays Lesnar.

They need to have Cesaro win the tag titles with Kidd so when they do the Battle Royal this year it won't look like a total flop to follow.
