Apparently NXT's tag division is in such a sorry state that half of the field for this year's Dusty Classic tag tournament is from NXT UK.

Last year only 1 team was from NXT UK and only 1 of NXT's teams was random guys paired together. This year's tournament has just 2 regular teams from NXT and 2 random guys paired together. NXT UK's side is all established teams.

Eh, who cares? Gives the UK guys more exposure. You only need a few teams to have a good division anyway. There's an idea that more is better, but then you get a mess like AEW's and no one really gets over. The best periods of tag team wrestling I can remember had a few star teams going at it.

I know they won't do this, but I do want The Usos to go to NXT and go for the belts. Maybe send The Revival down there too. Put Gargano & Ciampa back together for a few bif matches. Have the real-life friends, Lio Rush & Velveteen Dream team. There are plenty of things you can do to have an amazing division. It's just not the focus at the moment while UE has been running around in multi-mans with Adam Cole.

Fob off Forgotten Sons. They don't work. KUSHIDA and someone could be real good. Matt Riddle & Pete Dunne don't click in my head, but I'm fine with them for the moment.

They could have at least done Keith Lee and Dominik Dijakovic since those two have a past history together and looked like the next challengers for the NXT tag belts. That was before NXT Creative dropped the ball with that and their mess of trying to handle the build for War Games and Survivor Series at the same time.

I'd assume Breezango would have been one of the teams had Fandango not gotten hurt but the tag division might literally just be 3 teams at this point and arguably the weakest its even been in terms of strength.

NXT UK pretty much has replaced NXT as the brand WWE only cares about when it suits them and/or whenever they need to borrow something from it. Its not 205 Live level of neglect though. Not even the low point of WWE's version of ECW was treated as bad as 205 Live has been.

My favorite thing about this is no Moustache Mountain somehow.

British Strong Style as a whole have cooled off tremendously since NXT UK became a thing. If they weren't such corporate shills it would be a real shame.

Current rumor going around the net implies that Joey Mercury was not entirely truthful about his accusations against ROH. Also not the first time this has been rumored about Mercury since his departure from ROH.

Also being rumored Klein might have been cheating on her husband B.J. Whitmer and possibly with Mercury since Whitmer recently announced they are divorcing due to her breaking his trust in their marriage.

I think Andrade could get a much better looking woman. But I also think Charlotte Flair has the look of a woman who will give her man a colonoscopy with her tongue, to keep him.

There isn't really a glut of actual tag teams in AEW. They had a jobber pairing nobody even heard of join Dark Order, and LAX v2 join late. Besides Bucks, SCU, LuchaBros, and Best Friends, who even is there? Part of thier problem is that all four of those teams are supposed to be top-tier, but there is nobody underneath. Contrast that with NWA, who has about the same number of teams, but aren't blowing their loads with tag matches featuring every team every week.

I would LOVE to see MLW on a major nework. I don't consider POP to be a major network but it certainly is bigger than beIN Sports. Perhaps they scrap PPV's on Fite and air their super shows on Paramount and weekly on POP? That would be really cool to me. I know we have too much wrestling content on TV in the US right now but I don't watch it all. I watch what I want. And if MLW had a legit shot on a major station I would certainly give them my ratings.

I guess pop missed impact for them to get mlw pop wants wrestler fans back.
