According to PWI, Jeff Hardy got arrested again due to drunk driving.

Last month, Joey Ryan worked a show in Augusta.
Next month, we get Super Humman. Can someone bring a wood chipper here? I want to jump into it. |
Busted Open having a live show Saturday mornings with Mark Henry is pretty good. Wrestling talk 6 days a week for 3 hours a day

Another Orton story has popped up. A woman posted an autograph from Orton that has him saying it’s a shame she’s too young and to call him next year. She was 14 but represented herself as 15 at the time. It was 2002. Orton would have been 22 or so. Times were different, it could have been a “joke” and he didn’t actually pursue her, but it’s one of those things that just doesn’t look good. Dude’s not having the best week.
|
On the back of the autograph he wrote p.s Chris Hansen is a pussy

Considering Diesel is usually the measuring stick for poor drawing as top star and WWE champ, his reign being in the middle of the pack in terms of drawing power is a bit surprising. Same for some of the names and reigns lower than his. |

So when it comes to house show attendance, Jack Swagger is the ninth highest drawing champion in WWE history?
|
Seems so although the chart only counts from the Hogan era to now and US only. Add in people like Bret for Canada and Bruno for pre-Hogan era and he's probably more in the lower Top 15 or Top 20.
|
Ah, didn’t even check to see if Bruno was on there. Kind of skimmed that.

Seems like one of those metrics that might be skewed somewhat by timing and things that were going on tangential to each reign. Like, there is no way in hell that you can convince me that Jinder Mahal was in any way a bigger draw than Eddie Guerrero than pure happenstance.
Kinda reminds me of that thing CM Punk said about how (paraphrasing) if Cena wasn't there, ratings/buyrates were down because Cena wasn't there. If Cena was there, then the ratings/buyrates being down were "the fault of Miz and R-Truth". |
The Swagger number surprises me. I actually looked up some results archives and he was facing a whole bunch of people in the main for a few months. Orton, Big Show, Mysterio, Undertaker. Only constant is that he would retain the belt by DQ every single night.

Bret and especially the Undertaker were over HUGE in Europe. |
I remember Diana Hart saying Davey Boy was the most famous man in Britain at the time which was pretty funny. He wasn't even the most famous wrestler.

Diana Hart doesn't know them.
She might have slept with them though. Hoor. |

I wonder what actually happened to her to make her quit AEW.

It probably involved the increasingly creepy Jim Ross

I echo the sentiment of the fella who made the “Fuck Jeff Hardy” post on /r/SC. Driving under the influence is unacceptable!

Drink driving is not cool. Not when The Usos do it, and not when a Hardy does it. You’re not only risking your safety.
|
Not an excuse, but this seems to happen to Jeff when he is off with an injury. It’s like he gets “bored.” He needs help and a fucking hobby.
|
Drink driving is cool because Mungo Jerry said so
