Looks nothing like Heisenberg's hat aside from the fact that it is black. Heisenberg's is a "Pork Pie" Hat, whilst Taker's is a Fedora.

If I was writing for WWE after Summerslam, I'd have Randy and D. Bry have a Mankind/Rock style feud where they trade the belt back and forth in various gimmick matches or hardcore matches instead of saying "Hey fans, Bryan's the champ, jussssst kidding (David Spade like on the just kidding)."
