Better turn Seth heel now. There’s no way he’s surviving this feud without turning heel. By booking this way, they essentially did a double turn (even though I’d argue everyone wants to cheer Bray anyways)

So everything the internet didn't want to happen did?

Sounds like a show worth checking out Ha! Ha!

Jordan 10-06-2019 11:17 PM

ROH Monday, NWA Power & Impact on Tuesday, AEW Wednesday, and NJPW. I may actually boycott WWE for a year and see how my life goes.

Holy shit! I'm so glad I didn't know this PPV was even taking place and didn't waste my time on this garbage. This is hilariously awful. This is just more proof on top of the already existing mountain of evidence, that Vince, and everyone in Vince's "yes man" inner circle who are too chicken shit and/or stupid themselves to tell him what an absolute out of touch dumb fuck he is creatively today, don't deserve even 1% of the rewards (financial, credit, etc.) they've received over the last decade plus for continuing to say "yes sir" and give him his daily blow job.

Destor 10-06-2019 11:42 PM

For those who have cancelled the WWE Network, here are some great alternatives for you to spend your money on that are sure to deliver:

November 3rd - UFC 244 Masvidal vs Diaz
November 23rd - Wilder vs Ortiz II
December 15th - UFC 245 Holloway vs Volkanovski

Mr. Pierre 10-07-2019 12:25 AM

Holy shit...

Fellas, if you can’t decide on a winner...

DON’T BOOK THE FUCKING MATCH

In their horrible attempt to “protect” both guys, they somehow managed to hurt both Seth and the Fiend.

#1-norm-fan 10-07-2019 12:28 AM

Just read the results and came here to say “lolwhat”.

lolwhat

Mr. Pierre 10-07-2019 12:30 AM

It’s just amazing to me that this show is scripted. Real life sports with unpredictable levels of competition have better drama and more emotional storytelling. What in the motherfuck did I just watch?

The Fiend had ONE MATCH in his gimmick and that was all it took for them to decide to book him straight into the title picture. And not once did they consider that one of them would be expected to lose.

That's what happens when you have a company that doesn't book with any sort of long or even medium-term planning.

If there was ever a time for WWE fans to pull a page from WCW's book, tonight's ending would have been one of those moments.

WCW fans were notorious for not being afraid to pelt the ring with trash for stuff they hated due to it being legit terrible or heels being that effective in generating heat. Only happened occasionally in WWE during that era but the practice pretty much stopped after Droz got seriously injured and WWE clamped down hard on it.

Evil Vito 10-07-2019 12:39 AM

That's not Seth Rollins, but 100% would've been in favor for the ring being pelted with garbage after that show.

That's from UFC Mexico a few weeks ago.

Yeah its not Seth. The joke made me remember how WCW fans would have treated this had it happen back in the day.

James Steele 10-07-2019 12:46 AM

How the fuck does that main event happen? Of all the things you could have done with that match, you decide on 1) shitty lighting, 2) the absolutely most insane overuse of finishers, 3) end a HIAC on a fucking DQ, and 4) somehow fuck up The Fiend in his 2nd god damn match while trying and failing to book him to look like a horror movie god.

Just absolutely awe-inspiringly shitty.

PS, I’m fucking tired of seeing Charlotte Flair.

Triple A 10-07-2019 12:49 AM

Apparently WWE's "official ruling" is that the match ended "due to a match-stoppage ruling that led to Rollins retaining the title" and not a DQ

James Steele 10-07-2019 12:52 AM

How did anybody think this was a good plan?

Yeah, like that will make all the fans to "oh, I guess it's ok then".

Not to mention Wyatt was literally fully recovered 2 minutes after the stoppage, cause Vince???

At least one story we heard involved Vince McMahon laughing off the reaction that the crowd gave the finish.

48 hours. 48 hours in and Jussie is no longer on the hook for the biggest fuck up by someone under contract to Fox.

Nicky Fives 10-07-2019 04:38 AM

Makes sense if they have a rematch with a Special Guest Referee tomorrow on Raw after The Fiend snaps and takes out every referee slowly throughout the evening to add to his wall.....

mrwalty 10-07-2019 04:40 AM

There are not enough words in the English language to describe how shit this show was. I cancelled my network sub right after. Also glad that WWE is moving to a channel I do not get in the UK now as well. There is no way I am going to miss the product.

DaveWadding 10-07-2019 05:43 AM

Really enjoyed Sasha/Becky. Want to see Sasha Banks vs. Io Shirai. Hopefully soon.

Founder's syndrome (also founderitis) is the difficulty faced by organizations where one or more founders maintain disproportionate power and influence following the effective initial establishment of the project, leading to a wide range of problems for the organization.[1][2][3][4][5] The passion and charisma of the founder(s), sources of the initial creativity and productivity of the organization, become limiting or destructive factors.[3] The syndrome occurs in both non-profit and for-profit organizations. It may simply limit further growth and success of the project, or it may lead to bitter factionalism and divisions as the scale of demands made on the organization increases, or it may result in outright failure.
