Batista loves butts.

Mr. Nerfect 12-30-2018 08:04 PM

I wonder how many on the current roster Batista has bombed?

slik 12-30-2018 08:10 PM

I feel like it will probably be Florida (Orlando, Tampa or Jacksonville). Could also see Minneapolis, Memphis, Charlotte, Indianapolis, Phoenix, San Antonio or Houston get it. Atlanta is hosting the final four around the same time as WM so it's out. Miami has the Super Bowl in 2020 so it's out (WM never is held in the same city the same year as the SB).

Mr. Nerfect 12-30-2018 08:36 PM

I don't know why, but I've always expected a Mania in Phoenix for a couple of years. They seem to be comfortable in their usual markets, so somewhere in Florida is a safe guess, but I dunno, I just see Phoenix getting it one of these years for some reason. Memphis would be interesting too. I don't think Tennessee has ever held a Mania.

I don't remember Sabu being in WCW at all

I'd love for it to be Charlotte

Don't you dare attempt to disparage the name of Christmas Schiavone. The only problem I have with the tweet is he said "ever" instead of "in the history of our sport".

I ended up watching it and it wasn't that bad. If anything, the ending where a young Gallows was mistreated kinda bothered me. Kinda disgusting.

I didn't hate this either. A regular Network show with these two and a revolving third would be something I would watch. At least they'd get some TV time....

Mr. Nerfect 12-31-2018 10:35 PM

Lol, Nia Jax called out WWE for not including women of color on some list of great women's moments in 2018 or something, and Tye Dillinger posted and said she should work on her craft instead of having boo-boo face. I can't see him lasting too much longer in the company given his history of making rape jokes and now picking on a golden girl.

Evil Vito 12-31-2018 11:17 PM

Dillinger might be trying to get fired at this point. Even when the indies are hot, former WWE guys don't tend to have much trouble getting booked. Plus he gets to have sex with Peyton Royce so anything else is house money.

Evil Vito 12-31-2018 11:34 PM

If they do fire Tye, they should troll him by waiting until the 10th of the month.

Tom Guycott 01-01-2019 12:01 AM

Happy New Year, TPWW.

That might change if he's not on the road.

Going to keep getting more bloated due to them not slowing down any time soon with the indies signings and NXT expansion plans. Same for not wanting to release anyone that could be of any value for the indies.

At least another 10-12 or so are getting added this month based on the rumored and confirmed January class for the Performance Center. Wouldn't be surprised if they hit at least 300-350 within a year or two based on rumored plans or if you start including those just in the PC.

GD 01-02-2019 03:41 PM

I find their strategy repulsive because its robbing us of potential stars but at the same time, I can see why it's a sound business decision as well.

Been wanting that for a while. Gallows & Anderson need a show on the WWE Network.

I had to do a triple take. Read that as "porno" multiple times.

I honestly would be interested in seeing this match, if there was some actual story behind it. Something like, her being the one to ask for it because if she can hang in a 10 minute match with Lesnar, it proves to everyone she can hang with any woman on the roster.Yeah, I know it wouldn't happen with all the "connotations" about man on woman violence, and anyone around who possibly feels like Jim Cornette does about Omega vs Haruka. I'd chalk this up to one of those suspension of disbelief things that could be a fun watch.

However, as a fantasy scenario, and again, one that runs under a time limit stip, I would see it ending up where initially Brock keep questioning Paul why he even is here, and Kairi keeps provoking Brock, eventually pissing him off to where he actually attacks - which is what she wants (and I'd make sure the announce team specifies that point) she gets ragdoll'd for most of the 10 minutes since pissed Brock doesn't care if you're a man or a woman, but she keeps getting back up and throwing offense at him in spite of most of it not working (a little bit of it has to work, because even though it is one sided, she has to have an opportunity to throw an Insane Elbow or two. Even a half sell of the elbow by Brock would go a long way). Kind of like that whole Jeff Hardy/Undertaker match where Jeff kept grabbing a mic and saying "I'm not finished yet..." every time Taker left him for dead.

During the match, all the women gradually empty out of the back to watch from the stage/ramp. One or two might even try to come down and help her, and Sane just yells at them and makes them back off. At the end, of the time limit, she slowly gets up and steps back up to Brock and possibly even goes to shake his hand. Brock blows this off 100% and is all like "fuck this crazy bitch" and leaves. Kairi slowly moves to the back under her own steam, and all the girls start giving her an ovation except Bazler, who blocks her way. After a staredown, Shayna just gives a stern nod of respect, and steps out of Kairi's way to let her continue her way to the curtain. The whole thing would also need top-notch work from the booth, too.
