Depending on his role he could be quite good, in his defence he wasn't that bad in Angel the phrase 'super top-secret role' is a little worrying though as it suggests Whedon is going to try and be clever with it.

I have a feeling Guardians will completely embarrass Green Lantern's movie.

I've not seen Lantern, but given it's reputation, I don't think that's much of a task.

I actually liked Green Lantern. Though a big part of it had to do with how low my expectations were.

I fucking love the original guardians series. Yondu was never my favourite character but this is still fantastic news.

I don't even care that he's supposed to be from the 31st century.

The rights to Daredevil have officially gone back to Marvel Studios (from FOX).

We all knew that. Fox dropped the ball last year and I knew they weren't going to make another movie in time.

Obviously we did not all know that. I just saw the news "making the rounds" yesterday night. It does say that the rights would have reverted on October 10, so it is possible for some to know that.

Well I knew that and shared it as such so I though we were all on the same page there. I will be more clear about musings in the future.

Who cares? DD is probably my least favorite marvel super hero.

I mean, of the 'major' super heroes at least. I'm not talking about Tygra or fucking randoms.

The thing is I don't, I never cared for DD outside of team-ups, but news is news.

I care. I like Daredevil. So there.

I will also care depending on if they make a good Daredevil movie. I have read good Daredevil stories, so it is possible.

Yeah there's been fantastic Daredevil stuff over the years. Love the Bendis and Brubaker runs.

Probably going to be a long time before we see a DD film from Marvel though.

Daredevil has been one of, if not the best written characters the last 10 years. From Kevin Smith to Ed Brubaker's run, DD has been amazing, and I hope they reboot it.

If you get someone who understands the character, a DD movie could be incredible.

I would love to see properly done Daredevil and Punisher movies.

Not sure why that Punisher with Ray Stevenson is so hated. I thought it was a damn good movie and Stevenson was great as Punisher (better cast than Thomas Jane).

I also care about Daredevil.

Loved both Punisher movies, but that Ray Stevenson one was probably the most accurate depiction of the character on-screen.

As for Daredevil, personally I loved the movie. Granted, there's a lot of stuff about it that coulda been different, but overall it's a good film, and I thought Ben Afleck did a good job. Definitely wanna see a new Daredevil movie, one of my favourite characters.
