Vader and Yoko fighting in the ring and Vince sounds like he is about to have a stroke.
|
Vince McMahon should return to the booth. Just do an angle where HHH hits him with a sledgehammer, and he returns the next week thinking it is the mid 90s.
|
 @ Lawler being a dickhead heel.
"Cornette has a great gameplan, McMahon. Cornette has been training just in case he has to get in the ring with Yokozuna. He's been training at Blimpie's." That joke is so shitty, but he says it in such an over the top dickhead way that it's hilarious. |
Mr. Fuji waving an American flag as a babyface seems so weird. Should bring him back and do this gimmick with Zeb Coulter.

Warrior returning that night was probably the hardest I ever marked out for him.

Ladies and gentlemen, to change the subjects off of the horrible incident that occurred at WrestleMania XII - I present to you ECW HEATWAVE 1998 in its entirety!
SPOILER: show |
Why did ECW World Champion Shane Douglas not wrestle on this PPV? He looks like a combination of Stone Cold and late '99 HHH in the opening of the ppv.
Edit: I just noticed the big ass elbow brace on Shane Douglas. I guess that answers my question. |
What wizardry are you using to find these hard to find videos?????
|
Watched a segment with Steve Corino calling out Dusty Rhodes in ECW. I knew he was in ECW for a bit, but the crowd going nuts for him seems out of place since all he did in this segment were bionic elbows. Cool segment they showed of Corino "invading" a Limp Bizkit concert and then getting the shit knocked out of him by Ian Rotten with a chair.

 @ Nicole Bass in ECW. She is somehow even fucking uglier.

In all seriousness, Juan, I pretty much only watch cat videos and pro wrestling on YouTube, so I get some really good "recommendations" from YouTube.

Looking at the Wikipedia page for ECW Heatwave. Holy shit, I need to find some of these matches:
Heatwave 94: <table class="wikitable sortable jquery-tablesorter"><tbody><tr><td> </td> <td>The Public Enemy (Rocco Rock and Johnny Grunge) defeated Terry Funk and Dory Funk, Jr.</td> <td>Barbed wire match</td></tr></tbody></table> Heatwave 96: <table class="wikitable sortable jquery-tablesorter"><tbody><tr><td> </td> <td>The Sandman, Terry Gordy and Tommy Dreamer defeated Raven, Brian Lee and Stevie Richards</td> <td>Steel Cage match</td></tr></tbody></table> Heatwave 97: Rob Van Dam, Sabu and Jerry Lawler fought Tommy Dreamer, The Sandman and Rick Rude to a no-contest. Steel Cage match Heatwave 99:

from ECW Living Dangerously 2000 -- Dusty Rhodes vs Steve Corino in a Texas Bullrope Match. Can't find the rest of the match anywhere, but this is the majority of the match.

Here is the entire match. It opened the PPV, so follow the rest of the "part #/14" to watch the entire PPV.
SPOILER: show They should use the bullrope/strap/chain match more. |
Probably my favorite TNA storyline/match was the Texas Deathmatch between Chris Harris and James Storm at Sacrifice 2007:
SPOILER: show |
Here is WWF Armageddon 2000 in its entirety (and with WWF Home Video Exclusives after the ppv). This ppv had the infamous 6-man Hell in a Cell match main event. It has some good matches on it:

I typed in "main eventer" in WWE.com's search engine and got Paul Orndorff. "Useless" turns up lots of articles about Big Show. "Overrated" led me to Brooklyn Brawler.
