Dunno. I think it is weird to do a solo Black Adam movie and not have him in Shazam.

First real introduction to him I had was Kingdom Come.

So it kind of killed the character for me, because regular universe Captain Marvel never seemed as big of a deal as he was in that story.

That sucks. The first SS movie was a steaming pile of donkey shit. Black Adam deserves better.

Yeah, there's still great stuff out there, even within big mainstream companies like Marvel and DC. The big titles like Avengers and JLA do fall on some tired, boring tropes at times, but you get a good story out of them once in a while.

The more low key titles are typically where you can find good reads.
