Scholes....what a twat

Cactus Sid 04-20-2005 04:52 PM

Ok, while we needed United to win this match, its funny on 2 levels

1) Neville and Scholes sent off for being twats

and

2) Manchester United are shit.

toxic rooster 04-20-2005 04:57 PM

Scholes :nono:

Also, Norwich

Wengerland 04-20-2005 06:17 PM

The Arsenal/Chelsea game was quite good for a nil-nil, draw was probably fair aswell.

Inter won at Juventus aswell

Danny Electric 04-20-2005 06:22 PM

Hahaha.
I want to be gutted that Everton won but it meant that United lost. Trust the scum to not help us out.

soconnor 04-20-2005 06:23 PM

Just when I thought I couldn't hate Man United any more

Stupid cunts couldn't even beat Everton

Thanks for nothing, enjoy your third place.

No surprise really Newcastle couldn't be more fucked lately. Fucking Utd messing up I've 20 quid on them finishing above the Arse.

toxic rooster 04-20-2005 09:02 PM

I missed the Neville sending off, what was it for?

Dazz 04-20-2005 10:35 PM

I haven't seen it, but my mate said that Neville was about to take a throw-on when there was a substitution, and he booted the ball into the crowd and it smacked someone from the fouth row in the face.

Also, I won £20 on Pompey losing 2-1.

Danny Electric 04-20-2005 11:25 PM

Neville is a dick.
I loved watching that.

The Mackem 04-21-2005 05:02 AM

Nice goal by Dudek.

toxic rooster 04-21-2005 07:35 PM

Wouldn't say that, at least they managed to break down the defence of the mighty Norwich, once.

<Font face=verdana size=3 color="#ff6600">today at college my mate (who doesn't like and knows nothing about football) was telling me about how after the Pompey match, the Liverpool squad went paintballing where he works and he shot Stevie Gerrard in the arse. Said he got all their autographs and a load of photos with them. Cisse was the best apparently.

The first thing he said to me was "Owen, you'd know...Who is the captainy guy of Liverpool United? Are they Liverpool United? Anyway." "uh Steven Gerrard? :|" "yeah, i shot him in the arse."

Liverpool United :'(</font>

Mr. Monday Morning 04-22-2005 09:54 AM

God I hope we keep Sheff Utd out of the playoffs on the last day.

That would almost make the season worth it.

<font face=verdana size=3 color="#ff6600">"Liverpool United" "Captainy guy" "the black guy with the white hair" "the ginger" were all used by him, and he only realised who Rafa Benitez was when i called him "a balding middleaged Spaniard"

:'(</font>

Rob Ban Fan 04-22-2005 04:05 PM

<font face=verdana size=3 color="#ff6600">also, at the derby on sunday fans are planning on handing out brown envelopes to wave at Judas (brown envelopes representing various bungs and illegal payments) and theres talk of someone flying a plane above the stadium before kick off with a banner hanging off it :$! </font>

LOL sounds like all the dumb cunt Aussie bogans trying to talk football here. Except obviously they wouldn't have shot Steven Gerrard in the arse during paintballing. :'( :nono:

Rob 04-23-2005 06:21 AM

You'd think Harry Redknapp wasn't one of, if not the best Portsmouth best ever manager by the way people are reacting.

<font face=verdana size=3 color="#ff6600">Well any way you want to look at it, he is not our best ever manager. Not going by win record, nor going by honours won.

Also, no Pompey fan denies he did a great job for us. It just annoys us ever so slightly that he lied and went to our biggest rivals, just over a week after saying he never would and wanted to take a break. Also, his "me me me" attitude was starting to annoy a lot of people.

He had tried and tried and tried to get Milan to sack him to no avail. Anyone who calls their boss an idiot on TV in any other business doesn't keep their job long. But Milan wouldn't sack him and give him the pay off he wanted so he used to whole Zajec thing to his advantage and walked. Then to spite Milan he joined Southampton.

Now before anyone gives it the "oh, you can't blame him for joining them, he has a right to work blah blah blah". He left Fratton Park going on about how great the fans were and how it was the best time he'd had in football and how he'd never go up the road and walked away from the ground on Sky Sports News crying. Less than two weeks later he was on Sky Sports News saying how great it was to be at a "proper club".

Read that. Pretty much sums everything up and the author, Colin Farmery is a good and fairly unbiased writer.</font>

toxic rooster 04-23-2005 09:37 AM

Well Chelsea's beat Fulham 3-1, which ironically means we could lose our title against Spurs in 48 hours.

Cactus Sid 04-23-2005 09:47 AM

Birmingham threw away a lead against Everton :(

Ah well, I had Everton pegged to win that game, so thats helped us quite a lot

They've gotta go to Fulham, Bolton and Arsenal, and I can see them getting....4 points maybe. Newcastle are so hit and miss its hard to say. If we can get 9 points out of our last 12, we've really got a chance.

Danny Electric 04-23-2005 11:47 AM

We'v messed things up again.
Jesus.

Oh and well done Sunderland.

Cactus Sid 04-23-2005 11:51 AM

We've got to beat Arsenal, Everton have to lose to Newcastle at home, as well as the rest

We've gotta win the Champions League if we want to play there next season

Also, Rafa can be so inept sometimes, Baros gets injured....so bring on Darren Potter.

Cruiserweight 3:16 04-23-2005 12:03 PM

Well done Sunderland, and well done to Leeds for getting a draw against Ipswich

Wengerland 04-23-2005 12:03 PM

Well done Mackem, i was expecting defeat there so to a throw away the lead yet again isn't as bad.

Cruiserweight 3:16 04-23-2005 12:04 PM

And well done Luton Town for winning League 1

Danny Electric 04-23-2005 12:06 PM

I agree Sid. Cisse is on the bench and we bring on Potter.

The Mackem 04-23-2005 12:22 PM

Say goodbye to the Coca Cola :wavesad:
The Premier awaits for me :)

Cactus Sid 04-23-2005 12:26 PM

If you go on the BBC there is a score predictor, which lets you guess the scores between now and the end of the season, and then gives you the final table.

Take a look here - http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/foot...or/default.stm

This is what I ended up with

Danny Electric 04-23-2005 12:36 PM

I got us in fifth a point bhind Everton, with 'Boro in 7th and Norwich staying up.

Dazz 04-23-2005 08:32 PM

Anyone any idea's where I can get a big custom made flag done online?

Also bow before the newly crowned Premiership Champions.

Carefree.
