Dana is terrible in the ring, so please no. Would rather Sarah Logan than Dana.

Cool King 05-26-2018 02:53 PM

Lana is in the match.

She can work with Lana.

Lock Jaw 05-26-2018 03:00 PM

Lana actually made it in?

My DVR didn't tape the first half of Smackdown for whatever reason, and I guess I forgot to read the results.

That seems weird.

Yeah, she beat Billie Kay in a two minute match that consisted of three moves.

Lock Jaw 05-26-2018 03:33 PM

Seems like a good start for Billie Kay

Does CM Punk have any chance at all in this next fight? From what I gather his opponent is a part time fighter or something, but even if that's the worst fighter in the UFC they could find for him, isn't that still like playing the worst player in the NBA in a one on one game, or is he just some bozo they brought in to make it look competitive.

Probably one of the 3 options below:
• In Roman Reigns' yard.
• In Paige's house.
• In the house that AJ Styles built/The Champ's Camp/The Face's Place.

Anybody Thrilla 05-27-2018 10:04 PM

I bought tickets to go to Raw in Cincinnati with some friends on Friday. Literally two hours after getting them on pre sale, I go a text asking if I wanted to sit in the luxury box for the same show. My friends will be salty if I don't go with them, but that luxury box, tho...

What should I do?

Droford 05-27-2018 10:28 PM

Are the seats you bought good? I'd go lux box if they're nosebleed

Anybody Thrilla 05-27-2018 10:38 PM

Not nosebleed. They were fifty bucks. The first level up from the floor, about seven rows up. Think about the corner where if The Shield were to enter, they'd come from this corner.

Anybody Thrilla 05-27-2018 10:39 PM

Pretty good seats, actually. I hate being on the floor unless it's like the first three rows. I'd be able to see EVERYTHING from those seats.

Or the same person. "3 Faces of Foley" style. Bayley enters the match 3 times in different clothes. Last time in a Mankind mask (I didn't want to drop the Switchblade Bayley thing here).

It does and Bayley looks like the younger sister.

Anybody Thrilla 05-27-2018 11:43 PM

That match might be decent.

Doubt it although he might perform a lot better due to having more training under his belt and unlike last time, didn't have an injury or two interfere with his development.

Punk's biggest value for UFC is being able to bring in a sizeable wrestling crowd for hype and events but if he loses badly again, him as a draw is pretty much over. If he wins, UFC could parlay that into a 3rd fight to squeeze more from his wrestling drawing power.

See, I would have thought the other way. But I guess that's because I have a skewed perspective on being bigger than my older brother. I'm about 100lbs heavier (now - but even waaaaaaay back when I was in running shape, I still had about 20lbs on him) and I'm about 8 inches taller.

Anybody Thrilla 05-28-2018 01:18 AM

Tessa Blanchard is legit. Tight theme song, too.

Go with your friends, then excuse yourself and go to the luxury box. After the show, tear a few holes in your shirt and pour a bottle of water on your head, and go back to your friends. When they ask you where you were and what happened, tell them you got jumped by an "unknown assailant".

Anybody Thrilla 05-28-2018 01:22 AM

Whoa. That's brilliant.

What if I like my shirt, though?

Lock Jaw 05-28-2018 01:32 AM

Wear one that you don't care about.....

Anybody Thrilla 05-28-2018 01:37 AM

I care about all of my shirts equally.

Lock Jaw 05-28-2018 01:39 AM

I can't solve all your problems for you

Anybody Thrilla 05-28-2018 01:51 AM

I'm only asking about this one in particular.

Looks like WWE finally got the biggest female star they wanted going back the last 2 years.

The original plans for last year's MYC had the winner be between Io and Toni Storm based on them signing deals with Io being the favorite of the two.

Tokyo Sports reported in its Monday newspaper that Shirai would be going to WWE and her final show with Stardom would be June 17th. Sources close to her have confirmed the story.

Shirai, real name Masami Odate, 28, was named Japanese Women's MVP in 2015, 2016, and 2017.

She was first contacted by WWE in October 2016. She and Kairi Hojo (now Kairi Sane) both went back-and-forth on deals since the WWE contracts were for less money than they were making, but they were convinced the upside of becoming stars outside of Japan were enticing. She finally accepted the deal last May, however a heart issue was discovered in WWE medical examining and WWE rescinded the offer last June, and she returned to Stardom. She underwent a full medical examination in Japan and was fully cleared and has been the top star in the company since.

She lost her Wonder of Stardom title to Momo Watanabe on Wednesday night, which started rumors of her being WWE-bound. However, in that case, one had nothing to do with the other as the booking plan was for Watanabe, who they hope to be a future top star, needed the win at this time. The promotion wasn't aware of Shirai leaving until today.

You most certainly were not.

Anybody Thrilla 05-28-2018 01:08 PM

And yes, that poster is most dope. I'd like to tattoo it on my entire back.

Cool King 05-28-2018 02:50 PM

They don't really make PPV posters like they used to.

Much like their T-Shirts, most of their PPV posters have declined in design and originality over the recent years.

Most of the time it's just a publicity shot of 1-4 wrestlers that have been cut out and stuck on to a background of either black, white or the WWE's own photo of a WWE event taking place.

In the cases of big events or big matches taking place, they have nearly half the entire roster's publicity shots just crammed into the poster.
